every trainer will have there own method so nothing is ever "perfect" just find someone that knows how to get you to where you want to be, and with the correct eating habits, the right workout plan, and plenty of sleep, and you will be set. if you want a weight loss trainer then most of the big time clubs have awsome weight loss trainers, if you want to specialize in something then do your reaserch and find the right trainer for what your doing.
