I don't know how people can miss them, but I don't know if a traffic light is more effective than flashing stop signs, and i'd bet flashing signs are cheaper. Do you happen to know if there are any studies on the effectiveness of flashing signs vs. traffic lights with respect to compliance? I'm just curious now.

+1, maybe people are caught up on a naming issue? you can call the gun "sub-compact" all you want when referring to its size class, but it is not the gun that is called the 3" sub-compact xd by springfield. Based on the pictures it looks like the 4" service model. Both great guns, just trying to clear up which model it is because some people might not be interested in one version vs. the other. glws!
