  1. I wish Columbus would talk to Indy about how to hold events. Downtown Indy is always a treat, even more so this year with all the GenCon folks walking around.

GenCon, I think it was a Blake Shelton concert sat night, some national swim meet, and then Moto GP.

It made for quite a diverse crowd walking around Meridian Street.

  2. I'll be there fri, sat and sunday.

Hotel rooms are impossible to find downtown, as of about March. And if you do find one you'll be in the $180+ a night.

Best bet this year is to find something around the 465 loop. I think the Wyndham has some rooms last I looked, and there were some Comfort Inn.

  3. First time I ever shot sporting clays I didn't know a thing about shotgun sports. I went to Middletown with my dads Remington 12ga 870 pump, and my brother brought his H&K Tatical. We got a few weird looks from the people sitting on the tables.

  4. I shoot sporting clays more than anything, but finding the time is the problem, and I've been doing that for a couple years.

I just started shooting trap this winter. Trying to find a trap gun.

Never shot skeet or 5 stand which M-town just opened up.

  5. An update in today's Dispatch gave his name - 34 yr old James Wiggins of New Albany. It also said he was with another unnamed rider.

To both riders and families - we fellow Ohio Riders pray for you and your families for the terrible suffering and sacrifices you must endure. We pray God blesses you and keeps you safe from further harm. We pray that James' soul rests peacefully in God's eternal grace. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord.

    Amen

He went to school with my cousin in West Chester, and I've known him for a few years here and there.

I didn't know what kind of bike he had or any other details other than the articles.

    RIP Jay

  6. Nice Score !!!!!!

I've got a Citori Grade III 625 Sporting and a BT-99 Grade III Trap.

The Blaser's are badass shotguns. I remember the first time I went to Elk Creek to shoot sporting clays, there was a $35,000 Krieghoff on the shelf for sale (beautiful), two weeks later is was gone. I couldn't imagine dropping the much coin on a shotgun.

  7. That sucks.

I wonder where on 177? Most of the intersections that go to 177 are just 3 way intersections before you get to 73 (headed north from Hamilton). Then afterwards there is a few bad intersections (Somerville and 177). They just redid that intersection last summer to make it safer too @ 177 and 73.

  8. Are the fluids OEM?

My TLR gets hot when sitting in traffic, but it does take a while to get there. I put in Engine Ice, and it still will get hot enough for the fans to kick on, but it seems to take it longer to get to that point. It's not the miracle cure, but it does help a little bit.

  9. Peter Gibbons: What would you do if you had a million dollars?

Lawrence: I'll tell you what I'd do, man: two chicks at the same time, man.

Peter Gibbons: That's it? If you had a million dollars, you'd do two chicks at the same time?

Lawrence: Damn straight. I always wanted to do that, man. And I think if I were a millionaire I could hook that up, too; 'cause chicks dig dudes with money.

Peter Gibbons: Well, not all chicks.

Lawrence: Well, the type of chicks that'd double up on a dude like me do

Just think what you could do with $540 million
