Just busting balls...we have Vietnam Vets in our group who have moved on to Honda 3 wheelers (who would own an air cooled 3 wheeler?) All of them owned harleys but are living the good life know...the bust on us for "Oil leaks" we bust on them for bikes with microwaves. It's all good. Similar to HDforums where everyone pounds on SOA gear.

I talked yesterday with someone that worked with 'The main Instructor" in A-stan, and knows him (got his name via PM). Unless he's using someone else's name he is a BTDT Green Beenie. That's half that battle, he could not verify his shooting skills or teaching abilities. I'll let you know if I get any other feedback. I'm sure he will be fine just on that hat qaulification alone. You'll know more after the course. The old adage "those who can...do...those who can't...teach" applies. But that could be good in this instance. Just wanted to make sure your instructor was on the up and up. Offer still stands for the targets. I had never heard of the Briar, the .22 sniper course sounds fun and cheap. We used to have contests when I was a kid to see who could cut down like size tree branches. When I was still in the service we did like size trees, with Barrett's. Your tax dollars at work.

I just expressed an interest to make sure the "main instructor" was a BTDT, lots of phonies running around. I also understand OPSEC but with 30 years, he had to be retired. His bio as written (second hand) reads a little odd. As a graduate of SOTIC, Mid South and other schools and 10 years in SOCOM. My interest was mainly to see if I knew the guy. It's a fairly small community. Hopefully Chuck, Bob, and Rambo give you what your looking for. BGS, thanks for the reply. Ya' all don't shoot your eyes out. PS. Judgement for those forgetting the part about four lane road. My point was you do not need to stop for the "Amber lights", and whether the reds were on before he could have safely stopped for the reds.

I enlarged the picture and it shows the light also flashing red on the stop sign just as he looked at it in passing (judgement call by the observing officer). But the road is still divided into for lanes, does not specify the road must be divided by a median strip. It still going to be a judgement call. Brotherlaw is an LT at the OHP academy (I know most everyone hates on those guys here). I can let him view it and give another opinion, but that's just what it would be.

Should have said amber instead of yellow. Thought I'd put that out there before the morality cops/ know it all's pointed it out. The tone of this thread would have been better if the question was "Did I screw up?" vs. "FU I'm a lawless child endangerer" He asked an opinion and boy did he get some.

The school buses down here have the yellow and the red. Just like traffic lights. The yellow typically mean they are preparing to stop, the red mean they have stopped and are burpping out kids. But always up for an education.
