I would assume you take it with you since they are hiring in Cleveland. That would be the most unproductive use if company time and money if you had to drive to Dayton every day. When I worked for dish, you just packed your truck with what you thought you would need for the week and went to the jobs from home. If you needed something through the week, you called dispatch to see who in the area had the item on their truck and either picked it up from the other driver or they delivered it on the way to the next job. I bet this is similar.
Well I just remembered I can change music with siri, I always forget about that! So I really only want to be able to see messages. Some people I would like to know are texting/emailing so I can pull off and respond. Like when I am on call at work.
I mostly want to just be able to see the phone at stop lights for changing music selection and to see who text me. I use voice guidance on the phone and that works pretty well. Although I do have a phone charger rigged up on the battery tender plug so if the screen is easy to see though the plastic I may run power to the bag and use it.
I sold my Cycleguys bag to Bshultz since I have a solo seat cowl and now have a metal gas tank but the tank bag I really want has a magnetic flap in the crotch area right where my carbon fiber tank guard is. Would you think the magnets are strong enough to hold through a CF tank guard? http://www.revzilla.com/product/joe-rocket-hammerhead-tank-bag Also looking at this Cortech which does not have the crotch magnet but I really wanted the cell phone pouch on the Joe Rocket. http://www.revzilla.com/product/joe-rocket-hammerhead-tank-bag Has anyone used a cell phone in the clear map holder of a tank bag and does it work? Does it move around a lot?
Someone should come up with a radar system like cars have for auto breaking except it warns you when someone is coming up hot so you can get out of the way. I have been lane splitting lately in stopped traffic downtown. I saw a horrible rear ender last night in Elyria, looked like the guy never took his foot off the gas and the trunk of the car he hit was in the back seat with both cars 70 feet into the intersection. A bike would have been demolished!
I have a bar end mirror and dont know how I ever rode without it. All I see in it is traffic behind me and it has such a wide view I can even see in the OPPOSITE lane. Look into CRG Hindsight mirrors.
But they cant see the paint under it so for all they know its scratched all to hell. Unless you are going to rip it all off for someone who may or may not buy the bike.
I had a bottle of water, some energy bars, zip ties, phone and go pro chargers, extra go pro mounts, random tools, tire puncture kit, and some other small things in mine last year.
No, we all merged on together and it was one if those every single car behind you passes before you can situatuons, but I saw a gap I could fit in and took it. She had decided to floor it after I started to merge.
I tried for as long as I could, I held my ground for probably 10 seconds before I realized she was driving a piece of shit and gave zero fucks about her car, that is the point we were about 2 inches from each other and I was a foot over the left line and I decided to hit the brakes.
I should clarify, I was in the cage as well or there would be several dents on her door. Also there was a car in front of me so my only options were go off road or brake hard to avoid crashing.
