650s still recovering from last weekend plus I doubt I'll be able to take off. need to plan more Sunday rides.
-
Not exactly relevant but... I took my car to Nelson's for a fun day. Had a blast. Very fast track. Don't lift for the kink whatever you do. I learned that quick and was coming up on actual sports cars very quick ( I was in a factory suspension zx3). I did have one mishap. I lost my train of thought and lifted coming out of the carousel and went for a fun ride around and around and around and around and went into the grass. Lol. Almost hit a guard rail. It's a fun fun track though.

Guess they still haven't gotten those canton boys in lue straight on anything yet.

Comprehensive is so cheap. Even on my old cb550 that was valued at 1500 a 250 dollar. Omprehensie deductabel added like 30 dollars to my yearly premium of 80 dollars for a total of 110 a year plus tax.

Anyone got any videos uploaded yet?

ya when i get back.

For sale is a CZ 70 that was modded from a vzor 50. Barrel and slide sn match. Frame is different as it was manufactured quite a few years before.
All functions work
Comes with 52 rounds of ammo (I shot 48) 2 mags and an iwb holster.
Neat little piece of history that's not quite as popular as a 52 or 82/3.
It's basically a ppk copy
Asking 220. Pm for more info.
Willing to deliver up 50 miles.

Is it possible to either push the wheel all the way in and get the chain over the back sprocket or cockmthe wheel then slide the chain on? I've done it that way many times.
-
I enjoyed the pace since I haven't really ridden since June. I never really had to push either and I enjoyed the route since I didn't have to do over 400 miles. The ride home on 77 blows but I made a very quick go of it. I ended up not even stopping between home and breaking off up 151
Nice seeing the guys I know and meeting the new ones
Jason, you'll break yourself in real quick riding with the group today. I owe most my ability to Pauly's advice and tips and lotsa practice. If you ever want to get out and practice a little more local let me know. I know plenty of roads in the area to help build skills
Definitely would be up for that. Today was the first time I got the ninja out like that and honestly when I had the vfr.... I was terrified of it. Lol. I know it only had 100 hp factory rating but that thing was tuned to something else. Plus finally just getting comfortable after the big wreck a couple months ago. But I have been riding 3400 miles on the 650 already. And not to whine but my ass still hurt from the motogp ride. Lol.
I'm free for a few hours on Sundays (gotta pay attention to the wife) and almost all day Wednesday's. Gotta work next Sunday but after that I'll hit you up.

Man you guys kept me on my toes. I've never pushed a bike that hard before. It was fun though. Sorry I had to break off early I just couldn't take much more. Big thanks to everyone who rode behind me and made sure I was ok..

Seems like a bad idea, I've had multiple sets of tires from tire rack that were banded together and after installing they would never hold air from the bead being damaged.
-
I think I'm gonna go on this ride. Anyone want to meet up on the way down? I'm a few minutes west on Copley rd from 77.

nooooooooooooooooooo
glad your okay.
Yes it was a sad day. I really do miss the raw power of that thing. Amazing that a 500+lbs bike could run with modern 600s.
Glad you are ok and enjoying the ninja.Yes I am. It's the perfect bike. And thank you
I'm from copley. did u go to copley high? I graduated 05. u?Nope I graduated from your arch rivalry revere in 04

I killed my vfr earlier this year. I was making a left turn through an intersection and out of no where an ambulance comes right up behind me, well I went to get out of the way to avoid being hit and as I was getting up right I hit a gravel patch at a good 25-30 mph and went back to a left lean and couldn't recover. Skidded a good 50 feet across the road and into a grassy knoll. I immediately got up was pissed and more pissed and through my helmet. Then the ambulance stopped and of course full of a bunch of guys I know. So they send for another ambulance and the entire bath police and fire dept are there. What a site. Ended up waking away with a little road rash and a torn pair of jeans and a visor I could not see out of luckily I put on the full helmet as id been using an open face else I'd have no face. My sides were bruised for 3 weeks and it hurt to move.
Ended up selling the vfr and got a ninja 650, something with a little less power and that not going to kill myself n as I had a bad habit of reaching 3 digit speeds on every entrance ramp.
But I love the ninja and been riding it a ton and just being all around a smarter rider. Did the trip to Indy moto go last weekend and had a blast.
Be sad e everyone.

whiteys is over rated anymore. every single bit of their food comes from gfs. you want good burgers and fries head over to larry's next to ken stewarts on market street.
-
want american? get an ar pistol. lol oh wait...
-
glad no one was injured

I use to CC a springfield MilSpec daily until I sold it. It's actually a very easy weapon to conceal being as thin as it is.

I've been in the market for a pocket 380 since the day I sold my lcp for God only knows what reason. I was thinking about getting a keltec p3at because well I can't let customers know I'm carrying and doing manual labor with anything bigger than a pocket pistol, well chances of popping out of a t-shirt and freaking people out. So I went over the my local gun shop, looked at the p32, p3at, lcp, tcp, body guard and then I saw the Kahr P380 and it was lvoe at first sight. I handled her a minute and told the guy to get he paper work. I am so happy I got this thing, and can't wait to get to the range with the woman on sunday to shoot a bit. but here it is
My small collection includes
H&R Pardner 12ga, with +7 round tube, was my grandfathers this is HDSG
Benelli Nova 20ga, my first firearm purchace ever, use it for clay pidgons
FNP45, this is my IDPA gun if I shot IDPA, but ince it has a tac light it's my night stand pistol and will also be my side arm for civil war
Ruger SR9c, this is my daily carry piece when I'm not at work
Walther p22, training, traiing and more training, it has a good bit of muzzleblast for a 22 so it keeps me on my toes
Marlin circa 1962 22lr, was my neighbors, a famiyl friend bought it at an auction wound up back in my hands 15 years later.
Ruger 10/22, because everyone owns one
Rock River Arms LAR15 Tactical Opertator II, because one day, there will be zombies or angry mobs at grocery stores.

Yeah, I know. I should fit in well.

The description of the cbr1000rr on the game tourist trophey says you cannot do a wheelie in first gear. however if you change the sprokets you can. just a joke.
-
motorcycle? whats that? shhhhhh
-
my 6th sense is sensing non factory sproketsI just wheelie thru them because red light laws don't apply to unicycles. True story.i know this is true from tourist trophey
-
no it's what the article mentioned. basically for riders rights, there first big thing was no helmet/eyewear laws. leaving the decision up to us instead of letting big brother make decisions for us
I'm new here...
