  1. The hell if we don't have the right to play God and severely punish those that have lost all of their rights to the generally public. If you are on death row you need to die....if you have a life sentence with no possibility for parole you need to die. Think of the money that tax payers would save, think of the criminals that might think twice about committing a violent crime, rape, molestation, murder etc!!!!

Using that logic, there should be no murders being committed as people are still executed in this country.

You want to talk about devaluations life, I pray every night for an end to abortion and an end to the death penalty.

You say if you are in prison for life without parole you need to die. They will go when it is their time, they made a huge mistake by doing what they did to end up there, but do they really need to die? That is playing God, the bible teaches it is wrong, like for real. The bible teaches forgiveness and while a murderer played god, no one has the right to, not me you or the state, just lock them up for life, 99.9% are going to live the rest of their days with their crime on their conscious.

And if you want to talk about saving tax payer money, I sure hope you're writing your legislator and gov. Kasich every week asking for the complete decriminalization of marijuana and all non violent drug offenders to be set free. The money wasted on small time personal use drug offenders is reidulous.

  2. If I were writing a new gun control bill, I'd include the following:

    4. Training, training, training. We encourage pregnant couples to take pregnancy classes. We force teens to take driving classes. My employer encourages me to take training every year. To obtain a CCW permit, we require basic handgun training. We require hunters education training for obtaining a hunting license. Why do we not at least encourage training for the ownership/purchase of sporting rifles and handguns? Ignorance is not bliss when firearms are involved. I received my first official firearm training in Boy Scouts using a .22 bolt-action rifle. The sad reality is that alone put me leaps and bounds above a large number of firearm owners. Training should be much more prevalent and encouraged, and possibly even required to take your firearm out in public.

no no no no no, owning a firearm is a right, driving is a privilege and pregnancy classes are a joke, women have given birth for millions of years without any classes

    5. Military veterans and active duty, along with retired police officers, should immediately be able to obtain a CCW permit without additional training. Some states have this already. It should be across the board.

again no, they are citizens as well and should have the same standards as anyone, its helping create the 4th socio-economic class know as the protected government worker, they are called civil servants for a reason

    7. Mandatory death penalty for murder. Period. No more prison sentences with chances of parole. Death. You willingly, maliciously take the life of someone else, you lose yours. Whether you use your fists, a knife, a gun, or whatever, it doesn't matter. Murder is murder.

and no me has the right to play God, except when defending your own life

    8. Stiffer penalties for crimes committed with firearms is idiotic. Make the penalties stiffer across the board. Whether you mug someone at gunpoint or with a ball-point pen doesn't really matter. The crime was the same, the penalty should be the same.

i hope you are also for getting rid of hate crimes too

    9. Mass shooting equals public hanging. Just as it says. Bring back public hangings for those who commit these heinous crimes.

again, you want to play God, lead by example

    Oh lord

  3. ok dude. Whatever.

I didn't call you out, just stated the truth as it actually went down. People here know me and know I'm an honest person.

You're obviously shady anyway. Who tries to sell a gun without posting pics? Afraid someone might recognize them?

Good luck selling anything else on OhioRiders.

I would have sent you pictures if you would have met me in person.

Brian knows me, knows who I am and knows my family.

Bottom line again, I was not comfortable with the deal so I said screw it, not worth doing this. 400 dollars is not worth time in prison if someone were to be watching this thread.

Even if you did send me your ID I still would not know if it was actually you.

  4. Um, bullshit. I offered to have Gump come pick them up to expedite the transaction. After people here vouched for me, you texted me and asked if I was still interested in the original deal.

True. Thank you. Its nice to see someone here with common sense.

No sir you are the one spewing bullshit.

Bottom line is, I was the one the make the ultimate decision in this deal. I did not feel comfortable with the way you wanted proceed. Then you go call me out on the internet. Oh you're so big and tough.

The kind of work/business I am in, I cannot afford to end up on the 10pm news. end of story.

  5. Looking at the ASE website you can take recerts regardless of how long they have been expired. I let mine expire in 2004 when I was out of the industry. My resume just reads "previously ASE Master Tech certified."

Probably because anyone good has been in the field and established long enough they make enough and don't need them.

Also 95% of dealers don't give 2 shits about ASE because manufacturer certa are way more important.

It's really just a scam for money and all it proves is you know how to take a test and remember information and systems of early 90s gm products.

  6. As a "fuck wad harley rider" Id like to point out that loud pipes and helmet induced spine injuries are not dependant on each other. Your comment makes no sense.

Well let me make it in 2 separate statements then.

Abate has stated over and over again that loud pipes save lives, when in reality this is false because of 2 reasons.

    1. Loud pipes offer no protection to a persons physical being.

    2. Loud pipes offer little to no protection of being noticed because of 2 reasons.

    a. Laws of physics state that a noise gets louder as the noise approaches a object

    b. Most vehicle noises over 94 db are illegal. EVERYWHERE and it just pisses people off

Abate has some sort of hidden agenda, covering up their support for freedom of personal choice as organizational leaders have been known for saying that helmets cause more deaths and injuries tha on they prevent.

  7. abate is full of a bunch of fuck wad Harley riders.

they propose loud pipes save lives yet helmets cause spine injuries.

Wellllllllllllll even if true I'd rather have a spine injury and be stuck riding a can am spyder the rest of my life than my brains being splattered on the road.

  8. You should really put an end to it. If not it would be like handing a loaded gun to someone who is suicidal.

My first bike was a 75 cb550k. 55hp and weighed as much as a fat boy. It was probably still to much of a first bike. (Be like s 600-750cc supersport of its day) But I was always careful never went down on it, nor wanted to because it leaked gas one day, ate through the asphault and fell on its side breaking a turn signal and cutch lever. And after having to pick that beast up I didn't want to do it again.

I had it for 6 months before I decided I was responsible enough to own a 97 vfr that was modded all to hell. Good lord t hat bike was fast. Too fast, too heavy. I dropped it in a parking lot the second day I had it. I dropped a freaking perfect and I when I say perfect I mean its plastics were in better shape than the 2011's sitting on a showroom floor. It only took about 6 months after that to wreck the first time. Going way to fast in an entrance ramp. And my inexperience told me to let off the throttle instead of push harder on the handle bars, well.... The bike stood up and sent me straight into the grass just to the left off it and I missed a metal guard rail by less than 2". I walked away from that one luckily. Stood the bike up and rode away. The next 2 times were slow speed crap that I should have known better.

Most of you know the final wreck that made me sell her. I was tore the hell up. Thank God I put my full face on that day because I love(d) wearing my open face... Because I would probably be blind from road garbage and needed facial reconstruction. As the visor, well you couldn't even see out it. Yeah, I skidded a good 15-25 feet on my visor farther the initial hit.

I got lucky. Lucky I didn't get run over. Lucky I didn't need skin graphs. Lucky only surface scrapes and bruises.

I still blame that accident on other issues, but I truly feel if I had more experience or wasn't on a 100+ hp bike nothing would have happend.

I took owning her for less than 2 years to destroy a 100% perfect 14 year old bike. All because I thought I had enough experience after 6-8 months on a vintage jap middle weight bike.

  9. I commuted from Richfield to Fort Wayne for 10 days. Almost 400 miles round trip.

That's not including 2 interviews. 1 meet the shop day/ find an apartment. 1 round trip in a Ryder truck.

I was stuck without an apartment for first 2 weeks. 5600 miles in a car in less than 2 weeks plus 400 in a Ryder truck. Never again.

  10. I don't recall you holding anybody up' date=' for any amount of time. :dunno:[/quote']

I know I didn't I just felt a few times I was riding forever with no one in sight. I really do appreciate everyone waiting for me. I'd probably be more confident if I had someone who rode like I do.

  11. Feel free to put one together. I am sure you will get some takers.

My thing is I'm not super familiar with routes. I don't have a GPS and after the big wreck in May I am still not fully comfortable riding like y'all did at the end of August. I had fun but at times I got motion sickness and I know you guys say not to worry about it but I feel bad holding everyone up.

I like a quick pace but nothing like the easy paced ride.

Also I cannot afford a ticket at all.
