I went before the freak out and was told they were discontinuing all hunting gear, not sure if ammo was part of that.

So the dealer thing is just to make sure you are not selling to some one not allowed to purchase?

I thought thats why when you sell you need to go to a dealer, to transfer out of your name. Thanks for the education! I was so wrong

I thought the serial numbers were on file and registered under the purchasers name.

If you are headed to vandalia the armory has reloads. Also OE still has good price and in stock.

When purchasing or transferring new fire arms? Basically does this mean i dont have to register a new gun at the time of purchase.

Jenna you will find some ladies prefer to leave more to the imagination. It also keeps the guys guessing. Keep going to meets to meet people and after you take the course go on a few rides. This is the best way for people to get to know you.

A few people here are a little harsh but that's how they are. The other members will keep them on check.

We have all been there (bad weeks), everyone is supportive of that situation. Just some subjects may need to stay more informative while others can be more playful. Some of the guys will lead you in the wrong direction. Just my .02, nothing personal.
