    Sena customer service SUCKS

    So I appreciate the kind words about me, always nice to hear! Going forward I want to make sure our customers know that if they buy a Sena product from Riders Discount and are having issues to please call me directly or PM me within the 2 year warranty time frame. Appreciate the patience @thompsonian and @Connie14 with your issues, both of which have now been resolved. We love the Sena product and issues are few and far between but know that you are being taken care of if something does come up.

    An advanced polycarbonate outer shell and multiple density EPS liner make the IS-17 lightweight and able to absorb impact in a crash.

    HJC's Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) allows fresh, cool air to flow through the helmet while expelling hot air.
