at every light I'm looking behind me and move either to the left side or right side. Plus I leave enough room so if I have to move because of someone being inattentive I can roll on the gas and get out of the way.

No issue with that with my trainer. I need to change up the cardio portion since I can only do so much on an elliptical.

Time to change something, probably my cardio. Sitting at 200 and can't seem to drop another pound. Not going to overreact as that's when I usually do something stupid, like stop.

I will be there as usual and ElectricEye Images will be working for/with me that weekend. According to Canon I will have some test gear that weekend to use. I just hope that no one mistakes the lens for a bazooka! If Taft can come out and play at Nelson Ledges, the Ohio contingent can drive out to Indy and support MotoSeries.

As of last Thursday my first goal has been met, 200 lbs. which is over 90 lbs. lighter than when I started! Next goal is 180 which will put me 30 lbs. away from my high school weight. To say that I'm excited would be putting it mildly. One of the other clients where I train started a contest for the month of July and August, their own version of biggest loser. $10 to enter and 15 people entered. Winner is determined by body weight percentage lost. So wish me luck!

Yes I was on Sturday and Sunday. Friday I was in 1B. Had Disalvo blow by into pro-straight a couple of times.

I had great spot to take pics on Saturday and Sunday, but the damn TV camera was focused on my station so I figured that AMA would take issue with a corner worker snapping pics and not waiving flags. I had way to many yellows at my station due to racers heading into the beach on Saturday and Sunday. I did get both Josh's to autography a picture I took last year of them in the keyhole.
