Man, I feel like I've never listed anything before in my life. Yes, I'm in Columbus.
-
Just got home - attached are some pics of the Bersa, the mini vault, ammunition, and the box. All paperwork (including factory registration) is still in the box. I will also include a cleaning kit.

Honda puts the model year on the VIN tag on the neck.

I've been meaning to get pics... but they're in the far end of the garage, behind everything... you know how that goes...

As the title says, for sale is a set of 205 65 15 Kumho Ecsta LX Platinum tires on Ford patterned alloy wheels. I had them on my 1997 Mercury Sable. I recently traded the car in with its snow tires and wheels, these were my "summer" tires, although they are all season and worked fine in the snow the few times I used them. I bet I put between 8k and 12k miles on this set. Should fit Taurus and Sable with 15" option, tires will fit other cars, you scrap the wheels. I figure $250 is a fair price, or make an offer.

Are you home from work yet? I'd like to see some pics...

There's a couple in the Marion, Ohio area too. They set up roost at Poet Nutrition north of downtown. We see them from the tracks almost daily.

Sorry guys - got home and then rolled right into birthdays around the house. Added photos to the original post.

When I get home tomorrow I'll try to take some pics of all of this stuff. It's all kind of crammed in the garage right now, but I'll do my best guys. Thanks for the interest!

I have 5 unopened boxes of Lumber Liquidators St. James Collection Dream Home Laminate flooring in a bamboo finish. 12mm with 3 mm of foam padding attached. This works out to about 113.5 sq ft. I figure enough for a laundry room, entrance, mud room, small bedroom, etc. Easy to install floating flooring - installs as individual boards so it looks like hardwood. I also have the plastic undersheeting you need if you plan to install on concrete or below grade. See the link for more info:
Their sale price: $215. My price: $175 OBO. Open to reasonable offers. May also end up with some left over trim and reducers for your installation.

My project this summer was replacing about 70% of the flooring in my house and getting my son's room ready for the "big boy" years. As I completed this work, I have a ton of stuff that someone may be interested in.

I got my Mercury for $800 and all it needed was tires and a little elbow grease. 3 years later, she still gets me from A to B.

Hump day bump - you know you need this to cut up that tile flooring you're going to install.

Back to the initial question. When I worked at Nissan, we handled several cars that ended up being bought back. Two that come to mind had consistent issues, in both cases unidentifiable by even the factory engineer. In one case, at the request of the factory we just threw parts at a car hoping to fix it by accident. Both cases had numerous trips to the service department that were often for one week or more.
That said, I had countless times where a car was in the service area for an extended period of time waiting on parts. Many times, if a part is found to be generally defective or can't live up to stresses, it will be redesigned. You order the part during the redesign period, you wait for the new part. And think of how long development can take. In the case of Nissan, customers would be provided alternate transportation. The reality of life is your bike is a toy, and the toy store isn't obligated to provide you a new toy while they fix your old one. Sucks, but it's true. If your motorcycle is your only form of transport, I'm sorry you made a poor decision along those lines.
To qualify a car as a "lemon," at least in Ohio, it either needs to have multiple unsuccessful attempts to fix a single problem, or multiple problems that are outside the realm of what a normal person would consider "standard." In your case, one issue, regardless of how long it has been in the shop, is likely not going to qualify you for a lemon.
But, by all means, hire a lawyer, pay him a ton of money, and you *might* get your bike bought back or replaced. By the time you're done with legal fees, you might have enough to buy a Razor scooter. You can do mean tricks on a Razor.

One word. Ubuntu. Once you get it running, you'll be astounded how much faster it is. I loaded it on my netbook and it's faster than my Windows desktop now. Seriously considering running it on the big machine too.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Tranny Tuesday, whatever... price is lowered to $250 for an OR member. I have this listed on Armslist and have some interest and have received some "in the ballpark but not quite there offers." PM me if you're interested!
