  1. Had alot of Ford trucks in the past 35 yrs. What your actually doing by fixing those leaks is your shutting down the Anti-rust feature... You'll regret drying it up. The 351W is a good motor.. Loves gas.. you will want to take the O2 sensor out and give it a good washdown with carb cleaner or replace it entirely.. the cost of new will save you that in gas. The throttle body is famous for carboning up bad.. running a good gas treatment threw it will help. I always found that taking it off and soaking it to clean throughly made impressive results. also idle solenoid can be problamaitc when carboned up.
  2. Nah. The parts are really in demand for those. LOL
  3. You can get some cheap trail cameras or video cameras on flea bay. Install these in remote concealed areas. When something happens. Go hunting. Careful to play by the law when you catch him. I put a 30/06 round through an engine block once and got in little trouble. But it was worth it. People know what I'm about in the neighbor hood now.
  4. Don't know if this has been posted here before? I know some of you rednecks will have an interest in this. I know I did... In December, the final primary lead smelter in the United States will close. The lead smelter, located in Herculaneum, Missouri, and owned and operated by the Doe Run Company, has existed in the same location since 1892. The Herculaneum Smelter is currently the only smelter in the United States which can produce lead bullion from raw lead ore that is mined nearby in Missouri’s extensive lead deposits, giving the smelter its “primary” designation. The lead bullion produced in Herculaneum is then sold to lead product producers, including ammunition manufactures for use in conventional ammunition components such as projectiles, projectile cores, and primers. … Doe Run made significant efforts to reduce lead emissions from the smelter, but in 2008 the federal Environmental Protection Agency issued new National Ambient Air Quality Standards for lead that were 10 times tighter than the previous standard. Given the new lead air quality standard, Doe Run made the decision to close the Herculaneum smelter. It would be hard to imagine a better example of the Obama Regime’s use of the EPA to impose backdoor tyranny. We would let you have guns, but you see lead causes air pollution. If you think ammo prices are high now, wait until they close the smelter. After the Herculaneum smelter closes its doors in December, entirely domestic manufacture of conventional ammunition, from raw ore to finished cartridge, will be impossible. The national security implications of severely curtailing our ability to produce our own ammunition are obvious. But to our current rulers, national security means something very different from what it did in the past. The idea is no longer to defend America from foreign threats, but to impose the ultimate threat from within. Ohio Deere "The republic can survive a fool. Gun Safes

Gun safes are like garages. NEVER big enough.. I've upgraded 3 times now. Buy the biggest safe you can absolutely afford. Trust me. you won't regret it. I have now a Timber Ridge (Liberty) 64 guns. its a good, well built safe IMHO. I also have a 32. You'll find that you will want to store more than just guns in it. also. I'll kiss you ass if you can get near the amount they advertise in long rifles in it with out scratching any of them. Figure you'll get 70% of the number guns in it. especially if you have any with scopes on them.
  6. PM me a price. I'm in the market for gloves and vest. Thanks
  7. Pm sent.. I can't believe this Iron butt Rally thats going on now isn't getting more attention on here.. all the bike model forums are lit up about it.
  8. I've been machining for over 25yrs.. This is a first?? what a$$hat would put a left thread @ 10mm in a part??? I'm almost wanting to say theres something fishy here about that.. are you sure that what it is??? Wonder where he got a tap? I would most immediately re-tap it for a standard socket head cap screw (that's what you have there) . I'd chase it with a 3/8"-16 tap in a NewYork minute. there will be enough thread to engage. if not go 7/16"
  9. I'm out.. Russell daylong gave me a production date for new seat for 5/6. so I'll be without my seat for 2 weeks.. sucks. however i have cancelled on them 2 other times and I'm bedarn to get this done yet... I'll catch up with you all on another..
