For those who have not yet done the Yamaha demo truck event. I road a VMAX last year when they were at Beechmont Motorsports. The rides are in a pack, very slow pace, no time to "play" or test the bike. It's not like the BMW truck event, when you do those rides, if you're not reaching triple digits chasing the factory rider - you're holding someone else up behind you !!! Would like to ride the Super Tenere though.

I have a Weber gas grill for everyday use, same grill going on 16 years. Worth every penny ! Bought a Smokin Tex about 10 years ago http://smokintex.com/1100.html. Flawless operation and auto temp control. Recently bought one of the ceramic grills from Costco http://www.visiongrills.com/kamado-classic/ I have to say I was skeptical about all the hype of these and the relativly high cost for a Charcoal grill. But after a few chickens and pork shoulder, I am a believer. These things have fantastic temp control and will maintain temp unattended overnight using lump charcoal. They hold a true advantage in their ability to lock in moisture (as long as you don't keep opening the lid).

I prefer the "S" model

Be careful not to over-buy regarding the cost. Keep in mind a house payment is not like a car payment, it doesn't go away in 3-5 years. More importantly, you could have the gnarliest house around, but what good is it if you're terminally broke !!! No money = No happy...

If anyone is interested, we could meet up and ride in the morning and then head that way for some lunch. I work with a bunch of motorcycle owners, it would be nice to meet up with some actual motorcycle riders.

I was going to be around Hocking Hills, so might head that way and check it out. I won't really fit in with all the Pirates...

Since you're new, take your time and look at everything. There's no need to load up your first trip eventhough you'll be tempted to. Take the time to figure out what you like. Joe Rocket makes a good quality product with reasonable prices.

Some choice pics of the local talent (female only) hanging out at Deals Gap Resort would also be appreciated by those of us stuck at work. Preferrably NO Hog-Gash pics please.

46 years old, but don't feel like it. Got my first mini bike (Honda QA50) at 6 years old. Had other dirt bikes and a 3 wheeler, then started on the street at 19. I've been through several bikes, but think I finally found a keeper. If I remember right from last year it's on in either July or August.

You might look at the Ogio Tail Bag also. I use one on my K13 and it works good, secures easily with straps and quick disconnects. It's much more secure than a bungee setup. I got it at Riders Discount for $59.00 shipped.

Hooters and such is only really a draw to 18 to 22 year olds and pedophiles. Wow ! The majority of us will not ride and drink nor ride with those that are. Agree completely
