  1. Liar. I gave it a chance. 2:12 there's giggling and I turned it off.
  2. I don't doubt that a bit, just saying what happened that night. He mentioned it had been cutting out, but after all the racing that night he said it only did it once and it wasn't against me. Me and Steve have planned on hitting one off with him off the spray ever since I got my car, but we've never had the time or place. He doesn't like to run it off the spray when there's a crowd around because then everybody will wanna run it off the bottle and that's not where the car shines. Cory, I'd run you for fun for sure. I'm planning on selling it soon though so hopefully we can get together before then. As for the discussion at hand, I'm also a previous owner of a ported/pullied '03 Cobra and current owner of a cammed C5 Z06. They're two completely different animals. The terminator will beat you to death, it's just violent sounding and feeling where the vette is so smooth about everything. It's no secret that the weight, aerodynamics, and gearing allow to vette to be just as fast if not faster with a lot less power. I absolutely love my vette, but it's hard to beat the sound of that screaming Eaton combined with the classic Mustang sound.
  3. Without watching, let me guess...auto tone and some giggling?
  4. It only got me by half a car once and I beat it by a half car or so the night we all went to KY. You're right though, the car is a beast for pulley only!
  5. You ruined it! I would've drove the shit out of that thing to work with "deal with it" across the windshield.
  6. My buddy Steve gave me a hell of a ride last night. We were all over the place at first but he got it under control after some practice.
  7. It's this kind of ignorant shit that makes people racist.
  8. Saw it at Mopar Nats a couple years ago, it's a real clean swap. Even though it's a sleeper and cool as hell, I don't think I'd wanna daily a k car, and I'm a Mopar guy.
  9. http://www.wvmotorsports.com/threads/23518-CLOSED-1985-Rx7-GSL I don't think you have to be a member to view it. '85 GSL. One of the cleanest FB's I've seen for $2k. He closed the thread saying he's keeping it, but the guy has a tendency to never finish any project. He'll sell it, and he'll sell it cheaper than what he was asking I'd bet.
  10. In for pics. Coupe/sedan/hatchback?
  11. 1. 2011 CTS-V wagon (daily) 2. H/C/I C6 Z06 (Hell raiser) 3. Ariel Atom (open air corner carver) 4. Twin turbo SRT-10 Ram (towing/hauling) 5. NRE built '68 Dart (no explanation needed)
  12. Carrie Underwood. Don't need to post a flattering picture because she looks the same in all of them.
  13. Likes Got-Busa? said, if that's the style you want and an '03-'04 is out of your range, than hold out for an '01. They have improvements over the '99 stock, not to mention by the time you upgrade/improve a few things on the '99 you'd probably have more money in it than just buying an '01 from the start. If you don't mind telling, what kind of price range are you in? You may be surprised at what you can get if you think a '99 vert is worth blue book.
  14. These and http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=93755 Would make an awesome drag setup for a GM for cheap. GLWS to both of you!
  15. Any need for a truck?
  16. Cool car and video, but that's from a year ago.
  17. Nice vid. Wish you all could've stuck around Saturday night, Eric. We ended up having a lot of fun after we got back into Ohio.
  18. Don't forget Deena will be utterly disgusting.
  19. That's what I would use them as, but most guys replace the factory spare tires with actual drag racing front runners. I mostly run 1/8 mile though when I do race so even though the factory spares are probably rated for 55 mph I don't think I'd have an issue with them seeing 90ish for a couple seconds.
