  1. Hell, I didn't go the flower route this year.... And the wife isn't upset at all. I signed her up for the MSF course. She will probably be riding my 550 this year.
  2. February 13, 2015 MOTORCYCLE OHIO'S WEBSITE IS DOWN. PLEASE TRY BACK ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2015. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
  3. I am trying to sign the wife up for her course, but the website seems to be broken if you want to look at the schedule right now. Just a heads up.
  4. If I didn't have to pay off the wife's car with said 2k, I would be on my way. GLWS
  5. I will be stopping by soon to check out some of your gear Sam.
  6. Would a jacket like this be dumb to use in the summertime? http://www.compacc.com/p/sliders-adventure-kevlar-motorcycle-jackets I'm thinking maybe an adventure type jacket may be the way to go if it's not overly hot in the summer. The sliders may be where I go, since I could probably wear them to work.
  7. How about three bikes? 1990 GSX1100F 1985 XV700 1979 GS850G None of them run correctly, but they are all in process of carb rebuilds! Clear titles on all of them!
  8. So, I have been riding on the street for a few years now, and it's time to get correct gear. I have issues with fitment on most, if not all clothes. I will need suggestions for loose fitting gear. I'm pretty sure any Kevlar jeans will not fit me since I have quads and calves that make normal jeans very tight and uncomfortable. I can't wear jeans to work anyway, so something over casual business attire is required. I don't want to be unsafe by having fit be too loose, but I don't want to feel like a tube of toothpaste being squeezed of it's last remaining glob. Biggest problem is my waist is 36-38 depending on brand, but those 36's have to be closer to 40 to fit my quads and calves in. If I lose the weight I hopefully am working towards this year, it will get worse. Also, for my upper body, every riding jacket I have tried on is either too short in length, or sleeve length. Any ideas there? Any suggestions on a bit looser fitting riding gear that you think would feel right? I am a cheap ass since my kids are zapping my money away with school fundraisers and the like, but I NEED gear. It's one of my top priorities right now.
  9. Hamburger station has been lacking the last couple times I went there....
  10. Welcome! Looking forward to pics since I have almost the same bike.
  11. Just gonna vouch for CSC's carb skills. He helped me out with a carb sync after I rebuild mine. They can't get any closer to dead even.
  12. I may be making a trip to Euclid (HGR) within a month or so, I will let you know if you are still looking to get it moved to a mech.
  13. I'm right down the road from CSC, I may be able to arrange transport of said vehicle if need be. Of course, there will most likely be a fee unless I'm heading up that way. How far are you from Euclid?
  14. So many things can be taken the wrong way by this.
  15. Not anymore I don't. They were a bunch of jackasses anyway. Good riddance. I hope they suffer the same fate as their house when they rot in Hell for putting my family at risk.
  16. http://www.indeonline.com/article/20150121/NEWS/150129871 The mother and son have been picked up for aggravated arson. 1st degree felony.
  17. Hmmmm. I may have to order one of these. How long will they be on sale? I need to retire the crap helmet I have right now.
  18. there are so many mistakes in that ad. Starting with the asking price.
  19. Dry it off when I get home after it gets rained on.
  20. I would be in for an OR day, but no race bike here. My bikes aren't track worthy, and parts are getting harder to come by if I break something.
  21. I hear it will be in the 40s tomorrow. Add a small heater in the garage, and it may be warm enough to paint that thing.
  22. Yes, I am going to do that. Now, here it comes. Referrals anyone?
