Unreal. Cool shit man. I have to ride home on the tail end of the storm. Might wait a bit.

Sorry dude. Not a pole barn.

Went over to IP to get a face mask of sorts, ended up getting gloves too. Impulse buyer. I got Tour Master Polar-tex. Rode with back to work and couldn't feel any wind resistances or nothing. Have to get used to the tighter grip on them. I wasn't letting my clutch out enough sometimes. But they should do the trick when it is 40 degrees out like tomorrow morning.

Get yourself some 5 dollar soft industrial rubber gloves, like dish washing gloves only a little heavier. Get them big enough so they go over your regular gloves. That kills all the wind and you will be toasty warm with the added bonus that you now have waterproof gloves for rain.
Thats not a bad thought. But wouldn't they be a bit bulky?
-
I think I am going to take a trip over to IP at noonish to see what they have along with the suggestions you folks have made.
-
Gerbing heated gloves
Those are pretty nice. Not liking the price though.
-
i used a pair of these and ive used them on 20deg mornings
Ill check my TS store on the way home. The web says its down to 2.99 for the pair.

I don't know how extreme is your problem, but my hands freeze up even with mild temps, I went for held freezer gloves and it is awesome, never had probs even when riding at 30s kinda pricey but I had no other choice
Honestly the gloves I have are good for 50 - 60 mph but once i hit up to 75 it was like i wasn't wearing gloves at all.

Tourmaster Polar Tec. Awesome glove for 35-65 degrees.
Those wind resistant as well?

Rode to work this morning at about 5:00 - 5:15. After awhile my hands started to really get cold through the gloves I was wearing, not sure the brand. Either way I want your opinion and suggestion on gloves when riding on the highway in 40 degree weather. I'm on IP.com now kind of looking around and can't decide.

All you had to do was say "Chevy".
Hold on now I have a 89 Chevy Scottsdale that is running like a beast. Looks like a beast as well but hell will most likely out last any other vehicle i have.

Saw that they had the other stuff but not the honda or original stuff. Should have listened
-
Well shit you should have posted earlier already bought off amazon. It wasn't found when i searched your site.
-
Honda stopped putting their name on it, I think it's called Original or something like that. The can labelling is roughly the same. Here's the amazon link:
Yup Just bought It from Amazon or well on amazon. 5.99 plus 7.00 for shipping. Should be here in a couple days.
-
Cool will do. I looked on IP's web site didn't see the honda stuff. Just going to have to take a trip over there. I use Furniture polish on my bike. Works pretty damn good.
-
I might head over to IP and pick some of the Plexus stuff. I was reading somewhere that Honda discontinued the polish stuff but the company still sells it. Thanks for all the suggestions.
-
For dried bug goo on the faceshield, I've always just left a wet paper towel lay spread across for about 5 minutes. The splats reconstitute, then I wipe them off with the same paper towel and dry with another...Have never had the need for a cleaner.
Ill try that when I get home tonight..... as for scratches from rocks and other shitty things flying at you?
-
Iron pony doesn't have the Honda spray cleaner and Polish But they do have Plexus. Is that comparable?
-
Honda polish
/thread
Can I get it local like at a honda shop or Iron pony or do i need to hit up amazon....Found it there.

Oh i was told to stay clear of Windex. Just the brand name but the off brand is ok?

Hell the light cycle (tron bike) didn't even cost near that amount.
