Was so damn high I couldn't back my car out of the driveway so my gf at the time had to drive us 3 hours back home. That's what i told him homeslice. I didn't care if it had been down in the past as long as it was 100% mechanically sound. I forgot to mention he says he knocked the mirror off splitting lanes, I can see that. I wasn't worried about the mirror at all, cheap and easy fix. Exhaust missing was my big thing about the bike and the painted fairings if it's never been down, especially with all the bolts not being origional, not just 1 or 2 bolts. I told him someone would be stupid to put a shitty paint job on a bike if oem was in perfect condition, because it would lower the value, especially if it was the "only 500" painted orange/black limited edition fairings... Would of posted more pics, but couldn't get them up for some reason. I'm not even going to bother, he said a dealer offered $5k, I didn't really buy that. He offered it on my truck and wanted $$, i was like no way about $$added. He agreed to a straight trade, but I'm not gonna do it. Was on the fence about the bike or the cash offer, like redkow97 said I can get a much nicer, cheaper bike for alot less money. If bike was mint I know they go for quite a bit of money, that's why I wanted opinions. Thanks everyone!

So, I'm thinking about this bike, on the fence about it. 09 gsxr 600, 2 owners, 18k miles(gearing ratio was changed), no pipe(owner says it was stolen...) also claims fairings are origional, but were painted flat black by the origional owner(i doubt it, but who knows, I can obviosuly see the bolts aren't original, but he said the previous owner lost the original bolts) claims you can see all see the origional color in spots on the bike, but paint isn't spray on? I don't buy that, lol. I told him I didn't care if they were origional or not, but that's what he claims. Also claims never laid down. It's a 5 hour drive, so don't want to waste my time if it's not even worth looking at before I test ride it to make sure it runs smooth. Anyhow, I'm just interested in what it's worth, I wont mention the price in this post as it may effect some opions. Just looking to see if it's worth my time.

Finally sold it, lol. I lost interest in selling it shortly after I posted this... Got pretty much everything I paid for it back minus a couple hundred dollars! Not sure what I will be getting for next season, hopefully either another F4I, RC1, or VFR 1200 more than likley. May even think about some kind of cruiser/bobber

GL, those are ridiculously ovet priced. Best bet is probably a junk yard? Or if you can see if a shop can repair it. My jaw about dropped when I found out how much a new and even used one would run for my 05 F4I. Apex cycle and salvage saved me so much money by fixing it.

Nope, I'll probably be bikeless for the next year or 2. Wish I didn't have to sell it, but that's life and I have more important things to worry about. New house, lawyer, suv(or mini van), nice vacation, etc before I think about saving up for another bike. I may be able to get around selling my bike for less than I want(if I can get a loan) but it's going to be sold regardless.

You don't know my wife. She won't even let me have the stuff I owned before we got married and she won't do shared parenting. So I get nothing I want. She put a tro on me(-which my gfs lawyer can remove since it holds no ground and it's on the wrong forum) just soI couldn't see my kids, that's the type of person she is. If she could be civil I wouldn't need to sell my bike for $$ for a lawyer. Also I want to get out of huber and back to riverside, but need first/last/deposit which would be doable if I wasn't paying $800/mo for my current place.

Well, like I said if I don't get what I want for it and $4k is already less than what I want, but I'd be fine with $4k I'll probably just sell it to the highest offer. I hate to take a big loss, but I got other priorities right now and really don't have an option.

If I can't get it sold by the first of the month I might take that up. At this point I already know I'm gunna take a big L on the bike just cuz I really need the $$.

That is a CURRENT pic of the bike, dad is full of it. His story changes every time he tells me how it happened so honestly I have no clue what he did. From the looks of it and he tipped it over in the garrage and it fell into the wall, otherwise there would of been more damage. I wish he would tell me the truth, but that will never happen.I said there are 2 scratches on the fairings and other than that its fine, the bike looks great still and runs with no issues. Title is clean, only thing ever replaced on the bike was the mirror + the mods that were done. Lowered, corbine seat, windscreen, sliders, yoshi pipe. Back tire has bout 700 or so miles on it. Front around 2k miles. Oil was changed 1k miles ago, coolant changed about 500 miles ago. 4k is a pretty fair price, I just need the $$ to move and get a lawyer, otherwise I wouldn't even consider selling my bike.

So, I hop out of bed and have no real plans for the day. I hop on my bike at 10:30am and head to my dads house where I get a chance to ride his new can am before we head to ask motors in Columbus. We grab some lunch and I head back to town solo to pick up a friend to ride 2up with and meet another friend and hit the twistes around franklin/germantown. We tore up the streets and corners for a few hours before heading back to his place. Well, after our awesome ride on the way home some dumb bitch in a minivan kept break checking me and my buddy for no reason, we weren't even following close and we didn't have our brights on. The next thing we know the passenger opens up the door and starts screaming at us to stay back, he even threw some trash out of the window at us. So me and my buddy end up just crossing the double yellow to get in front of them. Then the dumb bitch starts flashing her brights at us, seriously wtf is her problem? We just said fuck it and hurried up across the double yellow past every car to get far away from this crazy bitch. We end up getting back to my buddies place and it's 11pm now, but me and my 2up decided we wanted to keep riding, so we end up riding for another couple hours before heading home. What a fun day, besides that one dumb bitch. In a 15 hour period, including 4 gas stops I probably road for a good 12hours and put down a few hundred miles on my bike. I wish I could do this more often, I so love free days oh I gotta ride my friends buddies 1125r too =D

I lost 9 pounds since last Monday! Went from 198 to 189 the only thing I have done differently was starting to eat more healthy. I cut out beer and fatty foods and that's it. I was shocked when I got on the scale this morning. Hopefully I can get down and maintain my goal of 160lb(unless I decide to go for muscle then my goal will be 185lb with muscle, not 185lb of fat.) 29lb to go!

I agree about the guns and politics, so what if he has a difference of opinion. I do as well, especially on politics. I now stay out of those sections, but meh to each his own. I've repped him quite a few times. Also, if you don't know him personally why talk shit? Kind of uncalled for. Minus rep for you.

I hear it can give your plastic a whitish tint over time, but I have a fix for that if it happens.
