  1. Cool, it looked alot shorter in the close up, at first glance it seemed like it would be too tiny to sling around your back. You did a pretty nice job on the sling, looks real good.
  2. Looks a little small, that fit around your you pretty tight? It doesn't look very comfortable either, too bulky. Are you just using it for support? It looks like you would be able to get a nice tight pull with that thing, but looks useless as a sling. Maybe it just looks smaller in the picture
  3. I enjoyed getting gassed I almost made it through the entire soldiers creed, then it wasn't so enjoyable. I give it like a 6/10 on a scale of suckage. Hah, flap your wings like a chicken and pray you don't run into a tree what a sight Oh make sure you wash your clothes b4 you wear your uniform again, alot of people learned that the hard way

No fees to get in kilkare? I always park my car behind the strip and watch through the fence. Too bad I work nights now so can't go anymore.
  8. 1) Names tom, nothing interesting here... 2) I have my peen peirced... 3) I have never tried a strawberry... 4) My first job out of HS was my highest paying job, I was dumb for leaving. 5) I scored a 100% on my college English placement test, I bombed it the first time with a 43% because I completed it in under 10 minutes. The guy said this has never ever seen or heard something like this happened before 6) I failed college math 101 3 times before I dropped out of college. 7) I have the shortest arms of any non midget adult(male and female) that I know. 8) I am partially deff in one ear due to an abnormal wax buildup(treatments don't help much, it builds up too fast and acts like an earplug) 9) I held the highest situp record in my unit @ 98 in 2 minutes 10) I can do just as many 1h pushups as I can 2h pushups, my record 1h pushups is 76. Dunno what I can do now, probably 30-40 1handers.
  9. That's your opinion I'm not the only one willing to use H&R Block, if I was im sure they wouldn't be in business What I do with my $$ is on me I think credit cards are bad, but I'm sure 98% of the people here use em. If I can't buy with cash I won't buy it at all. Unless it's a house or a car I suppose, but I atleast put 1/3rd down in cash and pay double/triple+ the monthly payments. Everyone spends and saves their money differently, there is really no right way to it, but there are certainly alot of wrong ways to it. As long as I have extra $$ laying around I'm happy with that, I save enough for a rainy day and once a year with an extra lump sum I don't really need I can buy toys with or put it up for future purchases without touching my rainy day savings. I'm pretty sure most people here don't save up $10k in a years time, yet im the dumb one? It is too easy to spend disposable income, some people would use $40 a day to go out to eat for 2(I know some that do) sure they can afford it, but that money is better spent elsewhere. If you don't got that extra $40 per day and you put it up thats $1,200 a month x 12 thats nearly $15k a year... Sure I blow money on useless crap, we all do, but some people plan to spend every last penny every month, how are you going to save like that? I'd rather just not have access to it.

    "Nice bike"

Hell throw rims on anything and people say nice car...
  11. ll good as long as uncle Sam gives it back my wife can't ask for money we don't have I don't know, I'm not a tax agent taxes are complicated, which is why I fork over nearly $400 for H&R Block to do it for me
  12. Oh no, you get more $$ back from being married we get almost $7k extra back because we are married EIC =D although some get back more from filing separate atleast that is what some guy at my work tells me. I don't see how, but meh.
  13. Black guy $200 per kid is a decent amount and yes moms do use the system(not all) which is part of the factor. My mom got child support from my dad(lived with her for a year) she was married and had 2 other kids. She got a free babysitter, but no other assistance. I'm not sure what the child support was(I was only 11), but her husband made good money. Even with me working 2 jobs and my wife working 1 we don't need a babysitter, we just work around eachothers schedule. Sure it's tough, but it saves money. Once they get old enough to go to school it will be easier for her to get a day job(she works third, I work first and second) $200, $300, $400, doesn't matter, just make the cap reasonable. $800, $1,200+ is a little redicilous though. I'm not a single parent, but I figured $200 would be a good starting point for someone who is remarried it was just a starting suggestion. We do get EIC, if we filed separate I would get $2,600 back(claiming 1 kid) and she would get $600 back( claiming 1 kid). I know that because the guy at H&R Block showed me how filing married was alot better for us. We made under $42k this year(she only worked a month) but 3 years ago b4 we had kids we got $8.5k and made around $50k. I'm not a tax expert, I just know what I get back, so tax time always puts a on my face Really? I got $600 back 1 year, every other check my entire life has been $2k+, even when I was single without kids. How did you end up paying $2k? does your work not do taxes properly? City tax has to do with where you live and work mostly, I pay 2.5% in city taxes and only owe 1.5% in city taxes. I don't get that extra 1% back, but atleast it isn't reversed. Usually city taxes are pretty cheap, even if your work doesn't take them out, mayble $300ish for the year. You can opt to pay more $$ out of every check and claim a little less to help avoid having to pay taxes. If you overpay(like me) you just get a larger sum back. Are you having too little taxes withheld? I go to H&R Block, turn in my crap, fork over damn near $400, 2 Weeks later a deposit comes in for 9grand and 400 show up
  14. When you said it was their financial responsibility that includes any amount they have to pay. It was implied by the way you worded it The court usually sets the child support payment amount and visitation rights up, ask me how I know I know the CSEA has nothing to do with visitation rights, I never said it did, I however did say the judge did. The CSEA is just an enforcer... single and double parent households are different, but lets go with your situation... Ok you have a stepson and lets say you have 2 other sons from your ex. ok, yall have 3 kids and your getting childsupport off all 3 kids. You can get by just fine right? Now lets say you and your wife had all 3 together... How would you survive? Yall have the same amount of kids, but now you don't have child support... Do you see where I am coming from? I shouldn't have to explain my point here, it should be obvious. Yup, I have 1 planned kid and 1 unplanned kid. BC isn't 100% effective, ask me how I know I wouldn't give up my unplanned kid for anything in the world though, he was a blessing in disguise His first mistake was having sex in the first place... Don't have sex if you don't want kids... Just claim your kids, file joint and claim 0. That's all I do, I don't use deductions or anything else. I guess it would also depend on how much you make a year also. He gave up his 'out' a few times... 1) having sex and cumming in her(after all, thats how babies are born) 2) not wanting the kid 3) not trying to make it work with the girl People need to be responsible for their own actions... Grap got bent over and took a big one, but obviously in some peoples opinion that is right. I think he should have the right to see his kids or not pay child support. I don't even see how the mom got the kids in this case, grape should have them. If we divorced I would provide for my kids, unless I have 0 rights to see them, then at that point she should take full responsibility if she didn't want me to have anything to do with them. Now if I chose not to see them then that is my choice and I would still provide for them. Divorces happen, but who is anyone to deny a parent to see their kid(again not including abuse cases and the alike) that is just sad. I claim 0, I like the big tax refund checks over the few hundred they take out of my checks every 2 Weeks. It all comes back the same, some people like to claim the max and only get $2k in Feb/march, but I think of it as a way to save up a large untouchable sum. Don't twist my words... if you didn't understand the statement about if the other parent refusing to let you see your kids you are blind... Transportation? Rent/mortgage? Utilities? Umm, if you can't afford that on your own then you are obviously living way above your means... School supplies and clothes? Umm Walmart and goodwill if you are really that bad off...
  15. Well, if you can't afford to raise a kid then don't have one or 30... Simple as that... hell if your ex died then what? oh, wait, they wouldn't be able to support your ass would they? Hmm, I'm sure the other parent would do just fine.
  16. Lets see 150 diapers $40 bucks= $40 a month. Formula $15 a can 10 cans a month thats $150 so were at $190 a month for infants. Oh and these prices are high(name brand diapers/wipes(pampers) + simlac advanced) oh wipes $12 a month so thats $202. Btw u get formula on wic, so minus that cost $52 a month.... Ok... Thats $52 a month till your baby is 1... Now the other $148 for other stuff... That's roughly $1,800 rounded for the year in extra $$... I know both my kids can't eat $200 combined together in real food per month if you cook at home. Hell my grocery bill is only like $400 a month for all of us per month(4 of us) Sure I spend more then that in food, but we eat out ALOT, but we've gone a month without eating out or buying crap at the store and still managed to stay around $400 to feed us all. You tell me how $1,200 is justified? I don't see the numbers adding up. Hell, I could live an entire year just off my tax money if I wanted to stretch it and I only get around $10k back in taxes per year.
  17. I'm not condoning it, nor do I approve of it, but there are alot of deadbeat parents out there that do it but to give an insane amount of money for it? Get out of here, kids arn't that expensive. It takes 2 people to have a kid, not 1... If you meet a random slut and get her pregnant, well sorry bout her luck, she shouldn't of banged you or she should of used protection. People are dumb, neither party wants the kid, the mom obviously has no choice(don't even say abortion...) Sure the dad should have to pay, but not some crazy amount. $200 a month is more then plenty to take care of a kid + she is a single mom so she would obviously get government assistance aswell for medical, wic, foodstamps, babysitter, ect...
  18. current bills for me... 3 bedroom apt w/ a yard in a good neighborhood with good school systems. $465 a month(includes all utilities and maintenance and private security) I just had to pay a $2k deposit and buy all my appliances. My phone $100/mo Wifes phone $55 a month Cable/internet $120 a month Insurance(I left this out on accident) $66 a mo... So add $66 to the bills and subtract $66 from the extra money... $740 so far... I could switch to cricket for both of us, thats $70 a month after taxes(talk/text/Web) so now were at $640... I could also cut down my cable/internet to just basic cable and basic internt, so thats minus another $60 a month... Now were at $580 a month That leaves $620 a month for food/entertainment/other necessities/savings... Both my our cars( 05 pt, 07ion) and my bike is paid off, so no car payments. How are you going to question making $1,200 a month can't provide a decent life paying that amount in child support is just insane.. That's like 160hours(full time) making min wage... GTFO,, that's just robbery right there.
  19. That's your financial responsibility... I think it's redicilous, but what would I know Hell I could support a semi decent life for a family of 4 at $1200 a month if I had to... But jporter thinks that is a very fair price, even if you can't see your kids... Your situation is exactly what I am talking about and it is a very, very common situation, but I'm a tard for thinking it's not right honestly I think you shouldn't have to pay 1 cent if she doesn't want you to see/know where your kids are. People like that need to take 100% responsibility for themselves. I could never be a judge, they bend you over and ass rape you... I think it is criminal to let shit like this happen. I know my opinion on this forum doesn't matter, especially cuz whatever it is the opposite opinion must be correct... Child support needs to have a cap of like $200 max if you have visitation rights, unless the kid has special needs then that can very, but the person who has the child should pay 80% of the Childs bills. If there is no visitation rights(except in some cases i.e. abuse, prison, etc.) then no child support should be required. Now if one parent wants nothing to do with the kid, that is their choice, but they should have to still pay the above cap.
  20. I have the right to form an opinion, I think it is crazy that some people get 800+ month in child support off one kid and won't allow their ex to see the kid. Wtf costs that much for a kid? Hell he can have his ownplace and a brand new car with that kind of money...
  21. http://www.mcohio.org/services/mcsea/faq_s.html#2 http://jfs.ohio.gov/ocs/ http://jfs.ohio.gov/ocs/employers/CSPC_Overview.stm Do some research before you accuse me of talking out of my ass please
  22. Well... You know that guy is a transvestite right? And you know what he used to be boy Georges choufer(however it's spelled) right? Oh also the thing on the back of his bike is a shrine for his teddy bears spirit...
