I had my first rifle at 7, I still fail to see your point? I don't want guns around my kids, that's my decision, not yours. I don't care how you raise your kids, but I'll raise mine how I see fit. If your son decides to explode one of these days than your fucked. That is a risk your willing to take, good for you. I see no reason to put a gun within my sons grasp, even if it is locked up.

I know how car searches work, but for my friends that do smoke weed I make them empty their pockets, I refuse to let that shit in my car. They CAN impound your car over that shit and the driver CAN get in trouble, fuck that, not worth the risk. Now sure they can hide it, but if a friend is willing to out me at risk knowing how I feel then he is no friend of mine. I USED to smoke, but I grew up and have a family to think about now, no need to do illegal shit to put my family in jeopardy.

I don't listen to my wife, hell I bought my bike without telling her after she said no, she found out about it a week later when she went to my dads house Guns and kids don't mix, if I didn't have kids I wouldn't think twice about keeping a gun in the house(not for self defense, but for pleasure) I wouldn't joke about that... I had a friend die due to a similar situation, but the gun was in a nightstand(locked) and the weapon was loaded and on safe.

I'm not anti gun, I'm pro safety, huge difference... I choose not to bring guns into my home on my own free will, I have heard waaaaay too many horror stories. I however am anti-carry, which doesn't mean I'll never own a handgun, it just means I will never carry in public, obviously besides transporting and taking it to the range/friends house for the smartasses out there I love playing with guns, never once said I didn't, I just don't think every tom, Dick, and sally should be toting around a gun if they don't respect it and don't know how to safely use it. And I PERSONALLY feel Zimmermann did not respect his gun, which is where my whole 'anti gun' personality came from. Guns can save lifes, guns can take lives, but guns should only be used as a last resort. I do get people carry to protect themselves and their loved ones, but some people (like Zimmerman) go too far. Now if he had real grounds to kill Martin than so be it, but HE HIMSELF put himself in that situation. The whole thing could have been avoided.. People are too ballsey when they carry, if he didn't carry his pussy ass would of just left Martin alone. Having a gun for some people is like having liquid courage for others. It only takes one person to fuck it up for everyone else and well Zimmermann fucked it up big time in my opinion...

I know, you mentioned you had your permit, I was just being a smartas I make my buddies put their shit under my spare tire and their clip in my duffle bag. They always bitch about it, so we usually end up taking their car (and I end up saving on gas money ) I don't know all the laws and I don't have a permit, I just make sure my ass is 100% covered since im the driver, I could care less if they drive down the road with the gun hanging out the window in their own car I'm sure you arn't the first and won't be the last person shit like this happens to. I make it a habit to know the rules/laws at my work and if a situation arises and I don't know the answer I call somebody who does. No need for people to be rude just because they don't know something, a question never killed anyone...

Not to pour salt int your wounds, but you need a permit to open carry in a car... Also for all those saying they don't open carry, if you plan on bringing your gun to college for whatever reason it is only legal to open carry. That's a bummer, no one should be treated like that. I agree with you not shopping at that particular Walmart for a while. Asking a customer to leave based on their personal feelings is totally uncalled for, I hope she got penalized for her actions. I hear the learning curve for shooting trap, especially double trap is pretty steep. I'm sure I will completely suck ass my first time. I've only used a shotgun 3 times, although hitting paper seemed easy enough. Every one I know is in the city/suburbs, so I pretty much have to stick to paid ranges once I get some money saved up I was actually thinking about buying some kind of auto loader, not sure what yet. Something with low, low recoil though. The wife & I don't want any guns at the house, but I could keep it at my dads house if I decide to buy one.

I'm not sure what the rental fee is, but God I can only imagine what the ammo cost would be alone... I think I would rather spend the day trap shooting though. Every time I make plans to go trap shooting something always comes up... I have never actually done it, but it just looks really, really fun. The only buddy that I have with a shot gun doesn't have time to go to the range on the weekends though, so looks like it's going to be a while before I get the chance.

I have never been to Vegas, but my buddy says there is a place where you can use some BMF weapons. I'm not sure if they train you first or just let you have at it... Although after he went through a list of weapons its kind of a been there done and can still do it free kind of thing. Now if he would of mentioned cannons and bombs I would of been all over it

Sorry I'm late to the party, I forgot my other work clothes at home and decided to do a lil somfin somfin before work... Then I had to read and reply to all these posts. I'm partially deaf, so the gunshots don't really bother me. I know what the OBVIOUS reply to this is, but meh... I only wear glasses when forced, it's pretty obvious if your wearing them or not though, unlike ear plugs. Other than those 2 things I follow the rules to a T. I really hate spotting others though, them hot ass rounds getting slung down your shirt is a real bitch and sometimes there is no room on the left side to spot them. I noticed I don't care what people votes I'm sure like 90% of the votes are the first option, but whatevs.

Ya, there is grenade training. You got your hand grenades, M16 grenade attachments, belt fed grenade launchers, your rocket launchers, and whatnots. Of course all of these require different training classes amd ranges, but if you ever get a chance to play with any of these they are Hella fun

I don't take shit seriously, I could care less who shoots themselves or wrecks their car because they are an idiot. I think its great though that some people get riled up over it though. Some people find it entertaining(myself included) others don't find it entertaining. I'll be the first one to admit I'm an immature person and I just like to have fun. If I had someone to talk to in person I would, but since I don't yall are the only people I got Take that how you will, but I don't dislike anybody, not even the haters.
