  1. that's great sometimes out of pure amusement I'll set off a home made CS bomb with a house full of people gets them outside real quick, although I have kids now, so I can't do that stuff anymore.
  2. They obviously did something right, they have the knowledge to tell massive lies and make them sound truthful during election time... It's not what you know, it's who you know The government is corrupt... A well placed gun law change during election time? Say it isnt so... If you look at gun laws in Ohio for the past few years you will notice a trend people that have a cwc are more likely to vote thats the only thing I can think of really
  3. You can seriously post that and still can not see having mandatory safety training is a necessity... Wow, just wow... Thats exactly the point...
  4. I've never cut myself with a sword, but I almost cut off my buddys hand with one... But then again neither one of us were trained... We just thought it would be cool to buy em and have a sword fight
  5. Did everyone not say MSF was necessary? apparently it is, but fuck gun safety I do have my MSF scheduled, because I actually care about my safety and the safety of those around me... Idiots will be idiots, but knowledge is power
  6. What's wrong with that statement? Would you like pictures of said missing shed and my backyard, which is enclosed?
  7. you got a lil pocket knife? Pft, that thing couldn't cut you if you tried I thought you meant a real knife, you know razor sharp ones, like they are meant to be 1 slip with a real knife and your going to cut yourself... keep your toy to yourself
  8. *sigh* pokey, too easy to point out the civilians... They have never seen how safety is enforced and how safety training works... Too bad enlistment isn't mandatory, your just a shitbag with a gun who wouldn't know what to do when shtf... People NEED real training, not some bullshit heres a gun do what you please theory that you and so many others believe how things should work. I'm pretty sure 80% of the people here can outshoot me with a pistol and I'm sure 2% of the people here can out shoot me with a rifle... But, lets go to grenades since obviously no on here gives a shit about gun safety... Who here knows how to use a grenade? I'm sure everyone right? now who here knows how to properly use a grenade? Any takers? Now who here knows what to do if you fail to throw your grenade an appropriate distance? whats my point? There is none, thats my point... why? I don't know, it's 1:25am and it sounded goos at the time But seriously, everyone should know about safety, it seems like it's a huge secret around here.
  9. well, if you cannot find proof... With 1k posts it should be a snap for you to find something where I am wrong and im not talking something you disagree with, but where im flat out wrong.
  10. I call bullshit, you have never stabbed yourself with your knife and you've carried one since 7th grade? That doesn't add up... I work with knives every single day, I've been working with them for 9 years now and I have cut myself more times than I can count. Hell, every EVERY single person I know that works with knives on a regular basis cuts themselves once in a while. You sir are full of shit, unless you never unsheathed your knife and don't know how to use it.
  11. Ahh, I didn't realize they were used, ya I would be willing to travel out there for some nice used stands I just know you have your own shop, so I just assumed they were brand new. Sorry for the misunderstanding. @grap I know, but I wouldn't go to Columbus to save $10 on some stands, but I would go out there for a good deal
  12. I'm on your side, but in Florida they do not require you to retreat... I think its bullshit, but it is what it is.
  13. What false info? I said I Think on 1 fucking law that I got wrong.... Which WAS a law last year... Its not like the law I even got wrong was a major law and did I mention I used the words 'i think' go pull up some shit where im wrong instead of jumping on the bandwagon like everyone else. <3 bandwagon posers, seems there is a bunch of people here that can't think for themselves... When the fuck have I not backed my shit up with a link? Oh wait, I always do. So fuck you and the rest of the bandwagoners. Maybe when some newbie asshole shoots you because he doesn't know how to properly handle a weapon then you'll see shit through different eyes. Maybe when your best friend/family member gets shot by some dumbass who didn't have proper training or didn't care about safety you'll see shit differently. Until then fuck you and have a nice day.
  14. =/ you got me, im lazy I do agree here, but too many people fuck it up for the rest of us to the point where safety training needs to be mandatory. It's a real shame, but hey, I have that military mentality of it only takes one person to fuck it up for everyone else. This is why I preach safety and hold true to my beliefs. Yes and the Navy seals are the only cool branch in the navy, oh wait the seals are trained by the army dont believe me? Do some research. After reading that article I would assume self defense would not be included, considering self defense is legal nope, just the first post Well, then you know where I'm coming from and the type of people enlisted. Is safety not one of the most pushed topics? Btw, if I ever have to sit through another fucking suicide prevention class I will literally blow my fucking brains out Bolds I don't even think its legal to Carry an extended clip I know the ranges I go to don't even allow them I'm pretty sure you were being sarcastic, but meh. Oh ya, of course your gunna keep it down range. I didn't mean it like that, I meant as far as breaking off the rounds. Some drums can hold an obscene amount of rounds and if the situation isnt handled properly pointing it down range isn't the only safety issue to worry about. What do you think will happen when the barrel gets warped and its still shooting rounds down range though. Thats a bad day right there, but thats a rare case. I've never handled a belt of more than 1,000 rounds and I've only seen a run away 2x personally. I usually swap bout barrels every 250 or so rounds, only takes a few seconds to do on a machine gun. Man, I miss playing with those things
  15. I'm just looking for supports for when I'm working in the bike, as long as a single front/back stand will hold the bike for me then it's all good. That's why I want both stands, just depends on what work needs to be done. If I can't get these off of gen3 I'll PM you @ Ryan, thanks, but Columbus is a little far to come for some new stands. Might have to pass if I can get some decent new ones out this way if I don't get a used set. I hope you don't take that to heart or anything, if I lived closer I would deff hit you up. I would say you could ship them, but shipping is expensive as hell
  16. Not as easy as it sounds, have you ever tried ripping off a moving belt? Yup, but you forgot 1 huge factor... Remain calm, it's too easy to forget the steps if you panic. I have seen plenty of guys crack under pressure and forget simple things like SPORTS and SLAP. Have you ever served? again don't believe the media if your a civilian. Alot of shit goes on that you will never ever see or hear about... Your and you're... One is possessive and one means you are.... I don't see where I confused the two?
  17. I'm not arguing that some people here are more qualified to properly handle a fire arm, I'm sure thats true. I was taught the importance of safety and have seen shtf on quite a few occasions. I just think people need to be more cautious when handling a weapon, too many 'accidents' could be prevented if people followed a structured guideline. I know when I go to a range I have to follow the rules, I do disagree with some of them, but that's not my decision. The rules are set at a range for safety reasons, so I cannot complain as its better than having no rules.
  18. I can come up there if its worth it, that wouldn't be a problem. I would rather get some quality used stands cheap, instead of new cheapos.
  19. Yes, but not when you let go of the trigger... If they are dirty or if the barrel is too hot the gun will still shoot unmanned. And if you do not swap out the barrel it will melt. But what do I know, not like I've been shooting and training other people on machine guns for the past 6 years What would YOU do to prevent both of these situations? What would YOU do if your gun ran wild or your barrel got hot?
  20. That law went into effect June or July of 2011... It WAS a law before then and I apologized for not knowing the law changed. I cannot be bothered to look up every single law that I know to be true to see if it has recently been changed. I don't see how you can be mad over some shit like that, now if it had been a law for 5+ years I could understand.
  21. Cool, I'll have to make a trip up there if no one sells a used one to me. Most of the cheaper ones I have seen run $50+ I just need it for taking off the fairings, its a pain in the ass getting them off while balancing the bike with one hand.
  22. Your right, I have no clue what im talking about. I never saw someone accidentally shoot someone else or themselves, I never saw a weapon neglecting discharged, I never saw a barrel melt, I never saw a weapon accidentally rapid fire on a belt fed machine gun. Hell, I've never even shot a weapon before, I have no clue about guns, I've never even seen one in person. People are perfect, everyone that owns a gun knows and utilizes all their knowledge of said weapon every single time they handle one. No one has ever done something stupid on accident because they didn't know what they were doing, if they did something wrong it was on purpose. Exarch is a complete fucktard and has no business stating his opinion, everything he sais is a lie and I think every Dick, Hairy, and Sally out there knows exactly what to do, fuck training, just let them learn as they go. Screw the statistics, they are complete bullshit, they don't even make sense. Screw the stories I hear on the news, infact I dont even watch the news, the media is a complete lie and only portrays shit that goes wrong, when infact that shit went exactly as planned.
  23. I did mention common sense, which some people do not have. I guess I shouldn't of used the word 'autofire' you obviously have no common sense yourself if you didn't know what I meant. People shoot themselves all the time on accident... I don't see any bad info here, I speak the truth, safety and proper training is a huge issue. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KNOWING HOW TO DO SOMETHING AND KNOWING HOW TO DO SOMETHING SAFLEY... YOUR COWBOY POINT HOLDS NO GROUND HERE... ASSHOLE
  24. Accidental rapid fire, you know what I meant I'm sure you have seen a gun run wild a time or 2 although, sometimes it's fun to melt a barrel
  25. read the bold If anyone in the military cares to back me up or shoot me down go for it, but for the civilians out there, don't believe every thing you hear
