Looks like we might a get some sprinkles in the morning but no biggie. Today was gorgeous and traffic overall was light. I expect traffic will pick up tomorrow being the weekend but maybe the rain will keep some off the road.
Here is my tracker:

I set my home area to private so nothing will display now...don't need any of you leg humpers creeping on me at home
You get your phone? I'll be working late tonight as well.
I plan on leaving around 7am...GPS says about 5 hours to get there based on the route so that leaves me time for a stop and still get there by 12:30.
Sometimes I think they have it right in Europe where you are limited to essentially starting with scooters and moving up in engine size over time. Too many newbs on sportbikes that don't know how to ride and get in over their heads. Sad story.
Leave it for when you get back...you don't want your shiny new phone getting beat around on a road trip. I'm using my Essential phone for GPS duties and the iPhone will stay tucked away.
LOL...rain isn't so bad. Keeps most of the pirates off the road and less overall traffic...plus, it helps temper the need for speed. A few years ago I got down in that area when it was pouring and I took the opportunity to take it easy and enjoy the scenery.
Mmmmhmmmmm...I'm prepared though.
When I was down on labor day weekend there was a lot of precipitation in the forecast...hit a few spots but otherwise it was beautiful. In the mountains, you never know.
We'll be going from east to west. We head out Thursday, staying in Marion VA, Friday night staying near Asheville, Sat night staying in Caryville, TN. Slab home on Sunday
You down in that area now? I'm wondering how much debris etc there is on the roads from the winds. A few weeks later and the "leaf season" would be over quick!
That's cold man
