  1. I am with the rest....reload windows with a clean install.  Save your documents, etc. first on a flash drive.  A clean version of windows is best.  Dell has a pretty good support section on their website for the drivers, etc. if you need them.

  2. Wtf happened to Joey on Saturday? Mechanical on the grid? Looked like he started from pit lane, and spent the whole race chasing down the bottom half of the field.

Not sure if it was Joey or not but one bike had trouble keeping the engine running on the grid and they backed him up to the last spot on the grid.  I thought he had to switch bikes on the return pass and that put him down a 1/2 lap or so.

  3. The CBS Sports Network is airing the races...on Direc TV it is channel 613.  Was there yesterday and might head back today for the races with the kids and wife.  I'm gonna set the DVR to record the races today to watch later.  Hope to bump into some OR members there too.

  4. Get your temps first for the motorcycle. Study the test material first by downloading the study book online. Then schedule the MSF course and take it. Classes fill early and fast. By taking the MSF course, you can take that course and pass it and then go to the BMV to get your license changed to be fully endorsed to ride at night, on freeways and have passengers. The BMV will waive their test as long as you pass the MSF course which includes the maneuverability test. I got my temps and took the MSF class, passed it and had my full endorsement in the same 2-3 weeks. You have to wear a helmet for the first full year of your endorsement no matter what. Of course, I wear a helmet all the time anyways.

Makes no sense to ride without a helmet or gear. I have seen too many riders (almost all cruisers) even lately that have no helmets, gear or even try to cover their arms, hands and legs properly. Road rash is no easy recovery. Makes me cringe everytime to see riders with no gear on. Anyway, get endorsed and ride with gear and be safe. It's your life.

  5. I have VM and have had spotty issues in certain areas. It works in the areas I frequent so no problems. Have full signal at home. I live by the turnpike so all the towers are in my backyard. They have good coverage near all the major roads as stated before. $35/month and no contract. Hard to beat if it works where you are.
