I miss my 93 Sentra SE-R. That car was a blast to drive, and it was good on gas.

 

 

I do not regret selling my 89 IROC-Z though. Most unreliable POS ever. I do not understand how the test drive went so well with that car. The starter went out on it the night it bought. Everything else had the domino effect after that within a few months time. Never again.

The wind has been blowing hard down here (Scioto Co.) for about 3 days now. I've already lost about 5 or 6 shingles from the roof, the bug guard on my truck, and 1 trashcan. There are trees falling down all over the place from where the ground is so wet.

I didn't, but changing it is not a bad idea. My username is actually a reference to a song by "Finch". My ex-girlfriend loved that band and thought the song name would be a cool idea for a SN. I'm not fond of it anymore for obvious reasons. It just stuck. I think I'll ask a mod to change it.

I like the DSM, how much power does it make?

 

Never had it on a dyno yet and neither did the PO. If I had to guess, I would say between 375 and 400. I need to get a good dyno tune.

Yeah I have a few old ones. These were used by the previous owner in the ad for the car. About a month after getting it home, I had the car torn apart to "redo" the setup and fix anything I didn't like. My other car was in better shape, so I robbed it of many body parts to make this one perfect. Therefore the rust on the fenders and hood is no longer there, the rear bumper is like new, and the headlights flip up again. There is a good size dent in the passenger door, so I am currently swapping the door. I just got my Prothane motor mounts I ordered in the mail yesterday. I plan to order coilovers, sway bars, and front strut tower bar within the next month or so. I will then disassemble the car to install all of that, redo all wiring with shrink tubing, and add a few things under the hood. Hopefully I will have the car ready by April or May. The last thing I will get done to it before this summer will be a good dyno tune.
