I can't see the picture because I am at work. However, it sounds similar to my set up. I have a corner stand with 3 shelves. I have cut a 4" hole at each shelf level on each back face. I then bought a Nyko Intercooler for each system (360, PS3). I have not had any overheating issues. I do leave the doors on the front of the unit open any time the systems are on though. The nice thing about the Intercoolers is that they are temperature controlled. Hope this helps.

I agree with both points. I don't think that pulling their weapon was a crime. Had they shot him the only reason I would call it a bad shooting is they claimed they were in fear for their life and not in fear of her life. Think of it like this... guy comes up behind you and grabs your friend, g/f, wife, child, etc. Places a knife to their throat. and says give me your money. At this point you are in fear for their life not yours however, you are still justified in shooting them.

In addition, the phrases D.O.T. Approved, Off-Road Use Only, For Off-Road Vehicles Only or For Off-Road or Show Use only have no legal meaning and do not prevent liability of the manufacturer or provide exemption from FMVSS 108. Basically, it looks like if it is sold on the open market and legally imported it is legal to use.

I would be interested in the legality of this as I plan on doing it to more cars. Do you know what motor vehicle code it violates?

I could not believe how easy and truly plug and play it was. I added the optional harness for the 55w high beams. The only modification I had to make was a small amount of filing on the balast that came with the kit. The interlock for the factory connector was slightly to big. Took me maybe 45 min to do a CLEAN install tucking the wiring zip ties to hold it all in place and the additional harness. Including shipping for 2 sets and the harness I have $120 invested. I love them so much I bought Dad a set for his car for Father's Day. I have also convinced a couple guys at work to get them. They are now slowly installing them through their family fleets. Everything from scooters, to motorcycles, to pickups, to DD and show cars.

I agree other then the fact that they would have been trying to keep the national fear level down and the airline industry alive. There was also the attempted shoe bombing in Dec. that wasn't used as a call to war. I don't full heartedly agree that it is a cover up but, I wouldn't be able to agree that beyond a reasonable doubt it was pilot error.
