Title says it all. Pulled my commute tire off and it's still got a ton of side left. Middle is down to the wear bar and you'll have to run a lap or two to get the block wore down. No shipping. Pick up or close drop off. Live in elyria work in westlake.

Nothing makes you should your pants like dragging your kick stand in to the first turn. It's too bad her safety mechanism was seemingly bypassed. Prayers for your recovery, Jess.
Stay safe my friends.
I thought I seen some kind of scraping on the ground. This is why you shouldn't bypass the important things.. Looked like a hard hit but into a soft area. Could have been another 10ft and hit the gravel driveway. Thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery!

However you wrecked is whatever. You know your mistake and I'm sure you'll never do it again. The MOST important thing is that your ok. I know when I wrecked and awoke all I could think about was how soft my helmet was. But I was just as lucky as you, I got up and walked away. Rode my broke ass bike 3 hours home lol. But seriously. Glad your ok. You have about two weeks to get her back together now lol

Dear god stay away from the V10!!!! I work for ford and those engine are lucky to see 100k. We get a ton of them with dead cylinders and blown rods. Not that the 6.0 or 6.4 diesel is much better but I see more of them last. Pm me if you need more ford tech advice

I've never been there but I do have positive feedback for them.
When I was looking for a zx14 I called there and can't remember who I talked to but she said they didn't have any in stock but asked for my name and number and said she'd see if she could find one and call back. So I assumed it would be a dealer trade and they'd say well we found one we can get it here in 3 weeks or whatever. To my surprise she calls back in about 45 minutes tells me that she found me a blue one like I wanted at Ohio Motorcycle in Oakwood even gave me the name of salesman to ask for. I was kind of shocked I figured they'd dealer trade something to get the sale but that was not the case. She said she was sorry they didn't have what I wanted but they try to do everything they can to satisfy the customer.
this is why i like that place so much, family owned and its one of the few places anymore that actually try to please the customer.

Damn. But if anyone knows where I can get a deal on a m16 let me know I'm interested

well it's just a rather useless test in my opinion. it's one thing to test your reactions at a computer it's another to be on a bike and put them to a real life test.
and honestly if you're not paying attention to signs and get confused to what's going on with the lanes etc, you're a retard that shouldn't have any kind of a license.
Where's mags?!

I understand 25 is a little low, but when I say cold I'm talking like 25 degrees cold, trying to heat them up a little more. It is a little on the sketchy side but I was looking for more heat out of the tire. I'm easy on the bike when they're that low anyway.

well with the 8k miles on this set, i can tell you only about 1000 of them were twisties. AND to even get to decent twisties im usually riding close to 75 miles just to meet up with doc or dgasser etc. the set before that werent nearly as bad because i was doing twisties all summer with them. but i guess ill just try a different tire before i go to a second rim and tire. thats the second set in a row ive used the 2ct's.
-
Yea, that was taken today. It looks worse in some spots and it is down to the wear bars. So you all are telling me I need to start taking more turny roads to work?
-
I run 30 all the time. Seems to be a good in between. If its super cold ill drop them to 25. Ill probably just buy a used rim and run a tire for the weekend fun and a tire for weekly commute. My fronts got it a very little bit, but it's not bad at all.
-
And just an FYI, I don't do burn outs. The tire appears that way, but I don't. Can't tell you how many n00bs ask if I do.
-
Pilot 2ct. You can see in the picture what I'm talking about. Any kind of twisties lean on the bike you can feel it go from the flat surface to the still rounded part.

Current tire is around 8000 miles. I might be able to get another 2000 out of it. Don't get me wrong, I think I'm getting decent life out of my tires, I'm just trying to eliminate the middle being worn down so much so I can be safe in the twisties.
-
So like most if you I'm sure, i ride every chance I get. Last year from August to December I did 8000 miles alone. I commute a 52 mile round trip to work plus the random trips/twisty weekends. I have a problem of too much highway commuting and I get the perfect bald spot right in the middle of my tires. Outsides are beautiful but the middle is almost trash. Plus when it begin to happen I can feel it going into corners and it makes nerves go crazy. So, my question.
Should I just ebay an additional rim and roll two tires, one for commute and one for twisties? Or is there a tire that won't wear like the Michelins I have on there?

My wife and I purchased a groupon ticket in January for paint balling. Forgot all about it. Shoot each other and then cook some weenies?

So I've been keeping an eye on the weather, an things don't "look" promising, like it may be cold as shit. Are we still riding if its cold/rainy? Do we have a "shitty Ohio weather" date?
