Check the battery I had the same thing happen to me on my 01 checked entire harness etc. Replaced the battery, problem solved.

To get back on the discussion topic......I had a wonderful weekend at Nelson. Friday night I pretty much had the track to myself the last two advanced sessions. Saturday although hot was fun and I had a blast trying to keep up with Brandon and Matt. Looking at the forecast I decided to bail on the N2 day on Sunday and head home. I wish I would have stayed for the races on Sunday. Hope to see the "usual suspects" @ PIRC. Perhaps Mr. Race Day will make a cameo appearance.

Just spoke to Ryan. They are relasing him now.

I spoke to his mom a few times before I left the hospital around 6 tonight. She was about an hour out at that point. She said she will probably stay with him for a few days after they release him. I spoke to the Dr. before I left and they are not sure how long they are going to keep him for observation. I would recommend checking with him before anyone heads up to visit. On a lighter note to add to his now famous answer to what day is it? Answer: "Race day". He told his mom on the phone that he was heading back to the track to hang out.

Just let me know what to bring. I'm sure Sam's grill is better than mine . I got Moose,Deer,wild turkey and I think I still have some pheasant left. I'll see if the wife will make some taco dip. Who's bringing the double stuff?

I'll be up Saturday. Craig can I sit on your bike and make motor noises? I thought about riding the S3 up wearing leathers and what not, maybe bringing some blue tape. You know just going out for a ride to PIRC to see my friends. Mentioned to wife I was going to the track to see everybody and she hid the keys to my bike. She asked me if I thought that she was that stupid and didn't realize what I was up to.(my filter actually worked and I did not comment on that one) Suffice to say I'm driving the truck, see you guys on Saturday!

This we be year three in which I have yet to complete a track day or a race at PIRC Between crashes and mechanical failures I think that place has it out for me. Repairs to the bike are coming along nicely although I will probably have to go back over everything again (Percocet is a wonderful drug). I should be back for the track day at Nelson in August maybe sneak in a 600 race and just start in the back of the grid
