  1. When I worked different house I usually participated in the MNR. The Monday Night Ride meets Mondays at 10pm at the Wexner center on campus and usually does 20-30 miles around Columbus, often exploring different neighborhoods and cool sites. They end at High Beck where pizza is free for those who buy drinks.
  2. Target fixation is what he told me.
  3. YEAH! Nice ride. Weather was pretty good. But the roads kind of sucked. There was a LOT of gravel on the pavement today. Every one made it back in one piece. I wish I could say the same for the bikes. This R6 lost a fight with a guard rail and need some new forks and fairings. I'm glad the rider is OK
  4. sry. Intense board game playing and cigar smoking going on. Meet at my place. I txtd you the address. We'll take James rd south to 33 E. Bike has been quick fixed. No worries. I'll get some foam another time or maybe I can stop by IP tomorrow morning.
  5. I need a small piece of fuel cell foam to fix the vent on my bike. Any one got some? Any type of open cell foam that will not be melted by gasoline will work.
  6. Do you get discounts for friends and family on granite counter tops?
  7. My temp fix on the road has been to just pop the cap. The SR500 forum is not super active, so I don't know how much help I will get before this weekend. I don't know if a bike shop can hep wit this or not.
  8. I'm pretty sure that those patchy spots on 70, 75, and 77 are there as speed traps.
  9. Well My bike is having tank breathing issues. I asked the SR500 forum for some pictures of the gas cap assembly so I can see if mine was assembled correctly. It seems to starve out the engine when it builds up suction in the tank. Nothing is clogging the pinhole vent, but I think it was assembled incorrectly by some previous owner.
  10. I'm in. I hope my 500cc thumper can keep up.
  11. I think iron pony makes sense. Polaris is too far north to just ride south again. Any one tent camping? I'm looking for a camp site.
  12. It won't be 70mph until July. Thank you Kasich. I just got the go-ahead from the boss to overnight it. Who is camping out? Anyone doing the tent thing? I plan on riding down with my pack on.
  13. No, I didn't like the buckes, but my current belt is going on 14 years old, and sags under the weight of a pistol. It's time for a new one, and I might get one from him and swap out the buckle.
  14. Ours does not specialize in old homes per se. She knows pretty much all the neighborhoods in Columbus. She has a bachelors and masters in engineering, and 20 years of experience inspecting homes. She really knows her stuff, and I can recommend her enough. Tell her I sent you. Dina Ketz with Procheck Engineering is a good friend of ours. She inspected 2 homes for us, we purchased the second. She saved us from buying a money pit on the first one. The garage foundation was separating from the wall and she told us to walk away from it. http://www.procheckeng.com/
  15. When I picked up my CZ P-07 DUTY about 6 months back, I was looking for an OWB holster in addition to the Crossbreed that I use for concealed carry. One of the guys at GunEnvy (best gun shop in Columbus) was wearing a Zlogonje holster. Don't ask me to pronounce the name, but it's really good stuff. He does simple stuff and exotic skins if you're into that too. All of his holsters have really high quality stitching. I ordered the Elemental, which is the least expensive series at $55. His lead time was 6 weeks, but he said he was making a couple of the same ones for himself, so he made one for me and I had it in two weeks! This isn't mine, but same holster: I don't know the guy in person or anything, He just makes a great product, and I wanted to give an Ohio craftsman a shout out on an Ohio board with a lot of gun enthusiasts. http://www.zlogonje.com/blog1.php
  16. I am 90% sure I can only ride one day. I may wear a pack and do 2 days if I can get permission from the boss. This is Ohio... The ride will be in April... Do we want to talk about a rain date?
