  1. The fact that some person who will likely not even read the instructions on the can of refridgerent can buy it, but I have to be licensed to be a professional working at a shop. If someone knew really how that system worked they'd understand how stupid ramming a can of shit in it is.
  2. Just buy a new helmet?

Why fuck around with something that could potentially save your life?

Sorry man but I gotta agree. Helmets are not expensive. If $100-150 or so for a legal helmet that's certainly on sale or clearance somewhere is too much, then wow.

  3. The rear question.

Can a 98 vette operate completely fine with a bad ABS module? Or, do you have to do some sort of ABS module delete?

Yeah it does fine, just lights on the dash. I purposely disable my ABS now that my 97 has big brakes when I autocross. It is such a shitty system it kicks in all the time, I don't think it's capable of keeping up with the much faster stopping.

  4. I've been the one to manage the venues over the last 9 years. Not a pride thing; just saying that if we have the opportunity to change to a "better" venue, I'm all for it in 2018.

Reasons why we're staying at Lennox Town Center:

    1) Parking - main lot we use is over 400 spots, with very low overlap of business parking for the companies using the lot as well.

    2) Centrally-located - We're near downtown, OSU, 315...seriously, how much closer can we get to the heart of Columbus without charging a parking fee for 400+ cars? :)

    3) Ownership buy-in - here's the big one: for a group, not sponsored by a business, we have permission by a commercial property management group to use a lot every week. As a banker of 15 years, I don't know how else we could make this work.

Again, if someone knows of a guy I need to call to make the above 3 factors still work, but with the addition of a coffee house/truck on a weekly basis year-round, I'M ALL EARS. ;)

I just want to say that I think Clay has made the right choices with CC&C thus far, and don't see an issue with his future plans. Loosing Cup O Joe sucks, especially for some lame place I don't anyone interested in, but keeping it there seems like the right move in my opinion.

Thanks for getting CC&C rolling and keeping it simple. It's something I hope stays around for a long time.

  5. By pulling a vacuum it not only ensures the system is sealed, but by pulling a vacuum long enough eliminates moisture in the system.

I have no idea why your system is dry, but if it's cheap you're going for I really don't know if it was fixed properly. So ramming some cans of freon in it will just keep up the idea of cheap and careless.
