  1. 10 am meet? Just throwing it out there?

Do you mind if we hook up with Dave and the roamr at the Bolivar DQ for 9am departure?

theroamr and I are meeting at Bolivar DQ at 8:30 for 9am departure...you are welcome to ride with us if you want.

    Dave G.

Absolutely. I'll be there. Had a good ride with you leading for the Epic Ride.  Is there a route you guys have planned.

  2. Derek,

I am free for a ride if you are still interested.  Doesn't seem like anyone else is interested?  Post a time and route or we can wing it?

What time you want to start? That'll probably dictate the route.

  3. Derek, if you can't get anything together with these other guys for an early ride, I can meet up with you closer to noon and hit some cow towns.

Sounds good man. Hopefully we can get a ride together but  I'll definitely hit you up for that.

  4. I'm completely at the will of what everyone else is doing. We can meet at the Bolivar DQ again, Millersburg, etc... Route is up to anyone that wants to put one together...

I merely just want to get a ride. Probably only a few more weekends left before we got to put the bikes up for the winter.

  7. I'm not saying what he said wasn't disrespectful, but it really doesn't take much skill to pick up a shotgun and shoot someone. I've honestly never had training on shooting a gun, but I don't think I'd have any 'skill' related trouble with picking up a shotgun and killing someone, had they broke into my house.

I do however, find that I'd have a hard time defending an NFL caliber receiver. I've had extensive football training at the DB and FS positions, and I still believe this to be true.

So in essence, it might be easier to shoot someone than to be an NFL DB.

    Still disrespectful none-the-less.

  8. Dude? WTF can I tell you? :dunno: the company policy is the policy.

I never said the insurance company wouldn't hire a lawyer to defend the company. I said if I ran over a motorcyclist in the company truck the company is not going to defend me I will have to hire my own lawyer.

Believe me, they are going to cover their own ass and not mine.

Legally speaking you aren't responsible if you commit an accident in a company vehicle while doing something for a company, as long as the company is incorporated (LLC, Inc., Non-Profit). That's the main purpose of being incorporated is it protects the owners and workers in the event something happens on a personal level.
