I'm looking at a 2009 Kawasaki ER-6N. It has less than 1000 miles on it. How much SHOULD I pay for it? They have $5200 on it which is higher than what Kelly Blue Book says. Is there better place to look up values?

Dumb question. How do you keep from overheating in full gear?

I am looking for suggestions for riding. For my class I picked up a pair of gloves and a $10 DOT "birth control" helmet off of the clearance rack at Iron Pony. Once I get through my class what should I put on my must have list? Helmet? Boots? Riding glasses? Etc 2014 Vmax? LOL. Just kidding. Thanks Wojo

I am one step closer. I passed the written test today. It wasn't too bad. Next step is class next week.

Hi Everybody I am brand new to riding. I probably have ridden a motorcycle three times in my life. I am signed up for a new riders course in July. We'll see how it goes from there. I have to get my permit this week. Any tips on passing the first time? I have always been a "car guy". I'm not sure why I am on a motorcycle kick all of the sudden. It must be a mid life crisis thing. LOL Any suggestions on a good starter bike? I want a VMAX but that's probably not a good idea. I want something that isn't too hard to handle but I also don't want to get the upgrade bug after one season. Thanks Wojo72
