I got myself a Contour Roam2, I love the video it shoots, but stupid me, it doesn't have anything for external mic. Anyone know what or how to get a good mic set up going?

My 98 GSX-R 750 SRAD runs great and I've ran it with a gps and the speedo seems to be fairly accurate, but it shakes. Like if I'm holding steady at 80 it';; go back and forth from about 75-85....... Anyone know why that is?
