Like he said give them a call^ If it says clean title and it IS an ohio title you some how might be able to pass by but if its still in a different state then once you transfer it, it might be branded rebuilt or slavage..

And if you do call the DMV you dont have to tell them anything about you riding it or not.. just ask them title situation.

Top of the title dead center. Will say original if its clean. Salvage or rebuilt salvage depending if it passed inspection yet or not as stated above. My GSXR is theft recovery rebuilt title.
