I bought a pair of these from IP. They seem pretty good for the money.

What does it need? Clean title? You should be able to get $3000 for it later on assuming it's not a pile of garbage.

I like my SV1000 a lot. Depending on the cosmetic issues, I would say $3000-3200. I paid a little more for mine, but it's in excellent shape with some extras.

About a month ago, my 2000 SV650 was involved in a wreck while my buddy was on it. He's doing alright, but the bike was totaled. After a few weeks of looking around, I'm finally back on the road with this: It's a 2006 SV1000S, and it's in awesome shape. I loved my 650, but I was really wanting more power and a little more aggressive seating position. This bike is everything I wanted and more.

17,000 or so. It was carbed vs your fuel injected though. It's being sold by Copart - lot #28945175. I didn't feel like going through the hassle of selling it myself so I let the insurance company take it. I've got my eye on an SV1000S right now. Checking it out Saturday.

My buddy was on my SV and got sideswiped by an SUV. He's doing alright, but the SV was totaled. Got a check from insurance and now I'm shopping.

No bike nights for me until I get a replacement. Hopefully that is sometime soon.

My buddy and I are both planning on being there, but it might be closer to departure time.

I like it a lot. You can either set it up to hold 18 long guns, or add a divider in the center with shelves on one side. This worked best for me because I could store my long guns on one side, and my handgun and ammo stash on the other. Plus I've got a little room to expand.

How big is she now, and how big is she expected to get? Also, is she house trained? I've been looking at rescuing a dog.
