  8. Ok folks here the point of making this post .I propose posting photos of exceptionally scenic views, historic landmarks, points of interest,or anything very unusual that would warrant being a destination point or way point on a day ride within the state of Ohio. With the photo I challenge all readers to add either GPS coordinates or street address so other riders who would be interested in seeing that point could easily find the point. Here would be an example. The address of the following photos is 11807 Rock Run Rd NE, Frazeysburg, Ohio 43822. Information easily attained with todays technology.I think it would be way cool. I posted this from home the day after my ride.
  9. Let me clarify.Within the Ohio state lines, reachable in a day ride and it doesn't have to be a destination but maybe worked into a ride.
  10. If you are on a dual purpose bike there is another just north of here on a hilly and heavily graveled road.I've seen it but as you can see my bike is not oh although it has been used as such a gravel road bike.

  12. Last Thursday was the perfect Winter riding day.Anyone else think so?I got in about 150 miles and put my new heated grips to the test. With a low of 23 that evening they performed way beyond expectations.I left Newark about 9:30 and headed up to Dennison to visit my folks and hung out there til 3:30 and then headed back home.I took the straight shot up but stuck to the old 16 through Frazeysburg to Coshocton and then 36 on up to Dennison and the same route back.It was beautiful and encourage any of you who are thinking about it to jump in.Just lnvest in some grips and layer up.
  13. Thanks for the response.That looked like a whole lotta fun.lol.Maybe next year.Thanks for the link.And yea,that river's frozen.lol.
