Gotta sell it before the 15th
  2. Haha Thanks Jimmy. Come on! Somebody out there NEEDS a Bike!
  3. I am selling my SV650S. I bought it in Feb. of 04 and basically just rode it for that whole summer. I had lost my job and had trouble keepin up the payments for a while. Long story short...I worked out a deal with the finance dept and they are willing to accept an amount lower than payoff. Which is $4,000. I am willing to sell it for that price which is the exact as the payoff just to pay it off. Once it is payed off they will send me the title and the sale can be finalized. Only downfall...the $4,000 has to be paid by April 15th. So, if you want the bike just either post or just call me at 740-942-2245. Ill be home by Monday. The bikes got about 8500 miles and runs perfectly. Any questions PM me. [ 04. April 2005, 09:09 PM: Message edited by: GearSlamminStang ]

  13. I suppose this should have been posted in the Tech help forum but I need some info asap. Ok...I am in the process of reapainting my hood. Right now its down to the bare metal. The primaring is not a problem. But I need to know the ratio to be used with the paint to the reducer. I am using a medium reducer with ecrylic enamel and hardener. Any information would be VERY VERY helpful. Thanks!
  14. oh well now wtf!?!?!?! tongue.gif
  15. I do agree with you on that. I think that is exactly what happened. I did replace the whole pump and the thermostat already. But the bad news now, is that when removing two of the bolts that go straight through the water pump and into the block, they Broke! So now I have to take the water pump back off, take the timing assembly cover off and untap those bolts. I didnt fix the problem when it first happended because the car had to be taken back to my house. I guess its not a HARD job, just a pain in the ass. I'm gonna miss out on some drag racing this saturday but i would rather not add insult to injury.
  16. I was driving back from Myrtle Beach on monday. I had left at about 11am. At about 10-11 that same evening after being on the road i noticed that my temp guage was starting to climb. I kept an eye on it for about an hour and decided to pull over to let the engine cool down, this didnt help. Then me and the other 3 guys with me in their cars pulled over at the next gas station somewhere south of Marietta. I added anti-freeze and checked everything i could. NO HELP! I then ran that stang for about an hour and a half to 2 hours with the temp guage buried in the red, i couldnt even see it I finally got back to Bridgeport to drop off my bud and i heard it. PPSHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Im thinkin there went the radiator, it was the water pump. By this time it was about 230am on tues morning. Oh well... Welcome back to the ohio valley steve! Oh by the way guess how much a new water pump is for a mustang brand new from autozone...28 BUCKS!!! graemlins/gives.gif
