I can dismount/mount on SSSA wheels, I just can't balance them without the adapter to fit the wheel.

Will you really know if your rear wheel is out of balance?

Ordered this last night.  I have 4 or 5 different sizes of their Cobra slip joint pliers and I'll never use Channel Locks again.

AFAIK, Iron Pony still matches online prices and you get to see the date codes before you check out.  That said, I usually just order mine from Amazon due to my laziness.

I can help you mount & balance.  I have a HF stand with all wheel contact points replaced with plastic and a static balancer but I don't have a SSSA adapter.  My rule for helping friends change tires is, YOU provide the extra hands to push & hold the tire, apply lube, and help me drink the beer that YOU bring (I prefer craft IPAs).

I saw the story when that little giraffe was born.  Pretty cool that you went to see it.

Mudslide season will start early this year.

I changed the fork seals on the GS500 project.  It looked like the PO overfilled them with transmission fluid without cleaning them well.  Nice clean red stuff on top and some nasty brown sludge in the bottoms.

Now it should stop dripping in my garage and I can get around to cleaning the floor.

I was driving last Thursday from Peninsula where we took the train ride to Stow where we spent the night and saw a nice building on the east side of route 8 and I thought, "Where have I seen that logo?"
