1. No Clay. Trails jacked up the rental fee and reduced the amount of vehicles that can attend, so I had to keep the entry fee equal across the board to make sure we break even. Sorry
2. Chris, you don't know the history when concerning CR and Cooprider, so it has nothing to do with Andy's opinion. I'll leave that there.
3. It's an enormous PITA, but such a blast. My old man back will probably bring the Camaro, and the Formula will have to sit this one out.
4. Let's go race! http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124347 REGISTRATION
5. CR presents the Spring '16 CR Drag Day at the Raceway Friday, April 29th at National Trail Raceway!
http://www.nationaltrailraceway.com/images/header_001.jpg
CLICK HERE TO REGISTER! Event Details National Trail Raceway - Hebron, Ohio (about 25 minutes east of Columbus off of US40) Friday, April 29th, 2016 (Rain date: Friday, May 13th) 9am-5pm Gates open at 8am Max of 70 vehicles (All registrations the same due to new track rental pricing) Price: $52 for registration due to new track rental pricing. Non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Spectators are FREE! Event trophies provided again by http://www.columbusracing.com/banners/jetauto.jpg of Cambridge, Ohio! Columbus Racing also wishes to thank http://www.columbusracing.com/banners/carlyleracingsm.jpg for supporting the event and local racers! Gates and Entry: Gates will open at 8AM and racing is from 9AM to 5PM. We will be on the east side of the track, in the staging area/parking lot. Use the east gate and follow the road around to the left. If you are not pre-registered you may still pay at the event if there are spots left. The fee is $60 CASH and you must find a CR representative (Anthony "Angry Bird", Brian "Wagner", or Tina "wannaraceLS1") to take the money and direct you to tech-in. No one else will be doing day-of registrations, you must see one of them. No cash, no race. Tech: Tech is from 8-10AM in the staging lanes, and all registrants will be required to sign a waiver not holding National Trail Raceway or Columbus Racing, LLC responsible for liability. We're looking for no leaks, nothing falling off, etc. You must wear long pants and a shirt with sleeves, t-shirts are fine. A Snell/DOT approved helmet is also required if you're running 13.99 or quicker. Cars 11.99 and quicker should have a all NHRA mandated safety equipment, including a roll cage for 11.49 or quicker. All vehicles will be marked after tech for record-keeping and verification reasons. You will not be able to race if you're not teched in; if you deliberately try to race without tech you will be ejected from the track and forfeit your registration money. Trails staff will be watching. Should you arrive after 10am it's your responsibility to track down the NTR representative to tech you in. Motorcycles must have a Snell/DOT helmet with full shield, full-sleeve protective jacket, long pants, and over-the-ankle-shoes. If your motorcycle is quicker than 10.00 or faster than 120mph, you WILL need full protective gear and boots. It's suicide not to. Do not try and get around this, if you're busted, we may eject you from the event and you will forfeit your registration money. Racing: We will be utilizing the staging lanes on the north side of the track that exit under the tower. Please be courteous and orderly to other drivers. The north side (left two lanes) of the track are for ALL VEHICLES ALL TIRES, including radials, drag radials, and slicks. The south side (right two lanes) are for SLICK TIRE/DOT SLICK/DRAG RADIAL VEHICLES ONLY, including motorcycles ON SLICKS. Bikes and cars have been asked by NTR to refrain from running heads-up for safety reasons. I.E; cars versus cars and bikes versus bikes only. If you break and spill fluids or damage the track, you may be responsible for the clean-up fees and/or repairs. In the case this occurs, please see Anthony aka "Angry Bird" ASAP. End of Day: NTR has allowed us the ability to stay for their Friday Night Street Legal Test n' Tune after our event, which starts at 6pm and runs until 11pm. If you've registered for the CR Drag Day, admittance to the NTR event is free.
6. Fuck Todd Cooprider. All previous references to that pompous ass are removed.
7. Brent1976 on here runs a garage door company and did a fantastic job installing a new door in our old house. I'd definitely use him again!
8. I'm gonna miss you and your dogs
9. How did you mount or place the transmitter?
10. It was good meeting you, I just got it networked and printing. Thanks again!
11. Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/darkformula I don't do any other type of social media. If you do a Facebook friend request, make sure you annotate your CR screen name so I know if I should accept or leave you in the queue indefinitely.
12. Cool, this should save a lot of ink even though my company pays for it Can I arrange to pick it up this weekend?
13. Does this have the NIC? My whole house is wireless now, but I have a bridge I could plug this into if it has the capability.
14. That would be me, Marc I need some way to haul my old ass across the prairie when I get tired of walking.
15. No good ones, things have been hectic between moving and working, and moving at the cusp of winter. We'll have some up in the spring.
16. Loving it now. Text me when you're out this way again.
17. I made 618 with my P1 on 93 octane and 13psi. This is with a cam, headers, light head work, stock bottom end. This guy is full of shit at 5psi.
18. Yes, it transmits in a circle. I almost wonder of you could overlap areas with several transmitters.
19. We sold it as Tina developed a medical condition that prevented her from driving a manual.
20. I've seen some that can, you can adjust the range of them.
21. That's right, the LS swap is pretty easy This is a beautiful car, I'm glad it found another owner!
22. I used to work 3rd and loved it, but rarely have that opportunity anymore.
23. I'm actually debating the wireless system. It's a transmitter that has a range you set, but still uses the correction collars to let the dogs know where the boundary is. 1) My white Shiba is very skittish and would probably bolt the first shock he received. 2) My AmStaff probably wouldn't give a shit.
