Yup. The casing cracked on my circa 1989 OEM heater and was pissing water up and out. The new heater we bought didn't directly hook up to the original fittings and piping, so we spent eight hours and four runs to Lowes to get it right. What was factually proven is that George was well beyond the legal limit for blood alcohol and that the "race" was not proven because the other driver (Brandon) was cleared of the street racing charges. So I see this as a crutch for the bill to target street racing just so the masses can sleep better at night while the government gets fat off of alcohol sales. That's not ignorance, that's reality.

Ignorant is them blaming street racing as the sole purpose when it actuality it was the drunk driving that was the driving force behind the incident. I don't a see a new bill increasing the penalties for what is now a slap on the wrist for a DUI.
