Yep, it eats the carbon deposits in the top-end. I usually use half a can through the brake booster line, let the vehicle stall out, restart ten minutes later and goose the throttle, then keep it at 3000 RPMs for about five minutes. The remainder of the can goes into the fuel tank for the fuel system/injectors.
