  1. No, but I'll see you tomorrow.
  2. In his defense, there is a version of that video with the game information removed. It looks like stock from a deck camera.
  3. I'm interested. Are you going to be out this weekend?
  4. Good luck with finding factory anything for a '98 Firebird at a GM dealership.
  5. Parts retards. Good to hear it's sorted out.
  6. No problem. I'm down the road a few miles myself.
  7. We're going to be out doing stuff later to fix my boat trailer. Lemme know if you need a hand if you're around Reynoldsburg/Pataskala.
  8. The trunnions are needle/roller bearing assemblies that the rockers use to pivot. If they start going out, they'll make grinding noises, you may have valvetrain related noises/binding/issues, or the bearings will get swallowed by your valves. As for this laser alignment, I've never heard of nor needed to utilize such on any of my LS engines, even after accessory replacement. Must be something new.
  9. The trunnions should not need replaced at 49k miles, or even 100k miles. BTW, ditch those header bolts and go with stock exhaust manifold bolts.
  10. Sean, a reserved pit area would be great. I also have a set of '87 GN wheels and taillights for sale, where would I put these?
  11. Expected count is 200+ cars racing throughout the weekend, us included. The $40 is for CR, tell them at the gate. The racing is a mixture of TnT (all day, at least one lane) and bracket eliminations. There will be Buick PG specific, CR specific, and Buick PG/CR racing available.
  12. Them and they? This isn't aimed at you, this is aimed at everyone used to getting into our events for free. We didn't make the rules this time.
  13. It's like pulling teeth around here. It's a National Event, so I'm sorry that people don't get in free. Race your shit or ride with someone.
  14. I'll be there, I may bring some GN parts to sell as well.
  15. I called this morning and spoke to Bexley Marine on the phone (I find out later it was the owner; see below). I explained I needed a replacement tach and could they do timing on our engine. He said he had a tach and yes, could perform the service. Even their website states they are OMC Certified Service. We arrive, he has to order a tach, although ours is pretty run-of-the-mill, and said they couldn't work on the boat. His mechanic said he could, just no out-drive work. So the "owner" grabs a catalog, and tries to sell me a replacement tach for $95 and it has to be ordered, they don't keep them in stock. I politely declined and stated I would just order one from the internet. He slams the catalog shut, turns his back on me, and walks off. I asked about scheduling the boat for service, he tells me "the internet" could fix it, and I went the fuck off on him. I'm sorry if he was offended that I could find the same (yes, the same on Amazon) tach for half of what he was asking. But denying me service because I wouldn't pay his outlandish retail on a common part? I told him where to go and how to do it. The tach wasn't even a part of the service I was requesting and he was scheduling three weeks out. I'll stick with Blue Water Marine, they've always treated me well. I called them, and they not only have tachs in stock, but their labor rates are substantially less and they can get me in next week.
  16. And I thought my timing issues sucked a dick. Good luck with your boat.
  17. Fuck it, the only recall my GMs had were for an EGR valve which were promptly removed anyways

  19. I received your PM, Kyle. Sounds like a great idea, I'll respond to you here in the near future
  20. Welcome back, Kyle. PM incoming.
  21. I was burning shit all weekend. Leave me alone.
