I have a hookup at Blackwing, and the facility is nice. Worth the drive, IMO. However, the in-laws also own 30 acres in Hocking Hills if you'd like to go that route as well.

We hit Blackwing today, so we'll be going back there. It's off of US36 in Delaware.

It's not scary, she's about as novice as you get. She's only shot rifles previous to today (yesterday now). The recoil wasn't bad at all for her. I started her on .38 rounds, then weaned her from those to the 119 grain .357s to the defense rounds. It was all cake. How about you take her to the range and rent her one, then run through the same practice I did with my wife? EDIT: Better yet, we can all meet one day and you can use ours if you're free.

Lol, I took my wife shooting today for the first time with her first handgun. Ruger .357 Magnum revolver. She put them right through the middle at 15 yards after 30 minutes of practice, using the "defensive" rounds. It looks pretty too with the polished stainless and 6" barrel.

Wal-Mart has stacks of them, as does Best Buy and Circuit City. Gotta love new shipments after BF > overpriced people making a profit

Between driving to the one in Reynoldsburg and the one in Lancaster (both at 7 and 7:30pm had 50+ people already), several other CR members I spoke to on the phone confirmed the Dublin, Polaris, and Marysville Best Buys were packed at 7pm as well. Fuck that, I'm willing to spend the extra $100 on a dual-core laptop anyways.

No problem. I ended up buying the Samsung, a WD 320GB SATA internal HD for $60, the first four seasons of Smallville on WD DVD for $15/each, and the Half-Life Orange Box for PC for $25. The total shipping was $25 on everything

Just bought it. With the exception of the Doorbusters, all Black Friday specials are online and for sale at BestBuy.com. Although I still plan on standing in line to get the $229 laptop for my wife and BS with CR people, I just: 1) Have one less thing to carry 2) Guarantee I have one before they're sold out in the store and online BTW, the "Envision" 22" LCD doesn't have DVI, just VGA for those debating on the price difference. Get the Samsung.

Might as well spend the extra $30 and get the better of the two 22" LCDs
