Everything Chris said is correct, and I'm much better off with Conley and Grange. I went from $392/month with $500 deductible on three cars after Progressive's price hike to $168/month with $250 deductible through Conley/Grange and saved on my homeowners through them and Metlife as well over $240/year over my first agent (who also had me through Metlife on higher deductibles and lower coverage).

I got one of the DVD players. They had less than a dozen, yet had several dozen laptops. No TVs at all. The line wasn't bad, I got there at 7:30am and there were nine people in front of me. By 8am, though, the line was quite long.
