  1. Taken over Valentines-day weekend. It was in the low 30's so the water only had a very thin layer of ice in the morning. Here are two as the sun was coming up: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8544/8601016937_11d2a8d5fe_b.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8101/8601011523_506c1aeb9b_b.jpg
  2. I try to take as many as time permits and edit very few of them but figured I would start posting a few more up. Not easy trying to shoot anything that moves at 200mm and full-frame but managed to get close enough to this guy: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8386/8601006623_ed04371e4a_b.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8536/8602108220_a7d6ab3d53_b.jpg Crop of the above pic: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8103/8601007457_876d558a02_b.jpg

  5. I think he was asking himself why he came back up north so early (Taken last weekend before the snow at Alum): http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8529/8601020703_8afb8d4921_b.jpg
  6. Nice sunsets lately: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8266/8601045621_dcf6f09f98_b.jpg And a very early-morning full moon yesterday: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8112/8601019979_9cea077c7c_b.jpg
  7. I think Mark's Vette has only made more than that once or twice -- no need to push it any further on the dyno (Unless of course your only goal is a dyno # and not to do any actual racing). Jeff
  8. I just drove by that place when we were leaving our cabin last weekend. We stayed two nights here: http://www.oldmanscavechalets.com/ Not sure if they have anything in the $100 range or not but our cabin was very nice and super secluded. Jeff
  9. I have had enough interest in it running that I am sending out the engine to get built and once she returns we will put it all back together here. I will start a new thread (With a new price of course) once she is all done and ready to go. Jeff
  10. This! PM his contact info and I can shoot him a quote or I can send it directly to you if you prefer. Jeff
  11. Time. Through no fault of the techs (They are busy and work lots of hours and the last thing they WANT to do is work on cars on the weekends -- assuming they aren't working on the weekend) getting "Personal" stuff done takes forever. I got my 3.4L stroker motor for my 3000GT over 3 years ago and it has never made it out of the crate. I got the ZR1 back in 2011 and it hit the dyno Jan 2013. This car has been at the shop for 8+ months and I had every intention of putting it all back together but I can part the car out in a week and just be done. Before I did that I figured I would toss it out there and see who might be interested. If the car was beat and a disaster I would have just parted it out right when I got it. Jeff
  12. Mainly because local is 10x easier than trying to figure out the logistics of either shipping it somewhere etc etc. I had my mind made up to just part it out but it really is a nice car for someone to put back together and drive. Every time I drive by it I want to keep it but I just have no place to put it and it would never get driven so realistically not an option. Jeff
  13. It still has the blue "Protective film" wrapped over the nose from when we pulled the engine out but nothing jumps out. I'll see if I have any more pics when the car was in the shop. To my knowledge everything worked fine at the time the engine was pulled. I have mod-history back to 2010 when we installed the boost / fuel controllers and tuned it (Stock before that). I have all paperwork after that. Pic of the front with the engine starting to come out: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7200/7000822711_cd3c981ce5_c.jpg One more when it was in the shop: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7229/7000824229_89d8f40279_c.jpg
  14. We have 5 Corbeau seats in show-room to sit in and FX1 Pro is one of them. I will shoot you a PM with a quote this morning, Jeff
  15. Assuming you are doing the work yourself. You will need fluids and headgaskets/bolts and things like that when she all goes back together -- all of which I can help source of course. Jeff
  16. I am not exactly sure why I got another one but I don't have any space for it at home and it can't hang out at the shop any longer. 110k 6-speed AWD Pearl White Mods: 13G Turbos PTE 550cc Injectors FMIC Apexi NEO (Fuel Controller) HKS EVC-S (Boost Controller) Borla Cat-back Walbro 255 pump (Hard-wired) 5Zigen 17x9" FN01RC Wheels on 275/40 Tires New Mitsu Coils New Mitsu T-Case New Brakes The last time we dynoed it the car made 362awhp and 379 ft/lbs. She needs a new engine (Rod knock) and the existing engine is out. Engine did have forged pistons and is the newer 4-bolt with forged crankshaft. Basic rebuild will run ya $1849 + shipping and then putting it back together. Without going crazy with it (Just parting out the mods and new OEM parts) I think there is $3k there pretty easy. I searched and there isn't a single TT Stealth on all of AutoTrader from 1994-1996 since they made so few so not easy to find a great "Done" value. Most VR4's I found of similar year-range / miles go for $8-12k depending on mods/condition. I'll toss it up at $4k for somebody wanting a solid TT / AWD project car. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8376/8543088142_4a21cbc430_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8528/8541988459_26012eb59c_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8243/8541988531_d0afc32443_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8110/8543088192_5e31d10c3b_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8105/8541988599_a4b96240b5_c.jpg
  17. Thanks! Thanks for the cleaning the tires off as well (Def looks better). I will have to go look at the originals but I might have bumped the highlights a bit on purpose because I was trying to mask my foot-prints out of the snow -- there weren't even tire tracks there yet. Jeff
  18. I was being sarcastic because I haven't got around to doing one yet (Watermark). One of these days... Jeff
  19. I thought the same thing when I first looked at them. I *Might* have washed it the week before but not for that pic or anything. Jeff
  20. Since I don't water-mark anything it probably will be lol Jeff
  21. Agreed. If I was thinking more of "Staging" it things like that probably would have been easier to see. I was taking pics of the trees for 3 minutes and had a red car sitting there lol. Jeff
  22. Thanks! First is my fav as well. Very cool background first thing in the morning. Jeff
  23. Had to snap a couple pics before all the snow melted away: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8383/8535165484_d5d6b20805_b.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8391/8534074883_5dd93a786f_b.jpg
