  1. We can do it no problem. With 10 lifts up it is amazing how fast things are going out the door so we can get it in/out quickly. I have Walbro's in stock ($90) or he can spend more on a factory Ford pump if he wants. Call (614-444-5884) or shoot me an email me at: sales@ipsmotorsports.net
  2. I *Almost* took one of her when it was in here last time but I didn't get a chance. Only pic I took was a crappy one out in the rain: http://ipsimport.blogspot.com/2010/11/2004-sti.html Nice car btw Jeff
  3. I know you were in the top 100 for sure but we haven't established a pecking order just yet. Every year the stack of orders gets bigger and it just takes DAYS to even enter them all -- let alone go back and establish a chronological order and contact everyone. Jeff
  4. The site only pre-authorizes your card -- it doesn't actually charge you anything. Once we establish the chronological order of the "Free Stuff" we will contact each person on what they want (Assuming they ordered more than one thing) and go like that til everything is gone. We already sent out emails to everyone in the last 2-300 saying you were wayyyy too slow lol. I am not sure how many total items we have to give away but I *Think* it is in the 50-100 range. Some items like the Walbro pump we only have 10 of and others like the spark plugs and and clutch lines and brake pads we have A LOT of. Jeff
  5. What is your order # ? I can tell you if you were even in the "Top 100" to see if you are in contention or not EDIT: Nevermind, you were wayyyyy too slow (Kinda ironic huh?) Jeff
  6. The count-down has begun: http://www.ipsmotorsports.net/index.php?cPath=3543_3557
  7. Our 4th-annual IPS “Black Friday” SALE is back!! For 2-days only we will be giving away parts COMPLETELY FREE (Last years list included Walbro pumps, boost gauges, wide-band gauges, NGK spark plugs, MSD plug wires, braided brake and clutch lines, among other things) with absolutely no strings attached. We will also be offering HUGE discounts on hundreds of other parts that we can only do for the 2-days of the Black Friday sale. We have moved our website site to a new server this year to better handle the increased load of Black Friday! Like always, have fun and good luck to everyone and have a safe and relaxing Thanksgiving  If you have anything you have been on the fence with or sitting on a “Wish List” now is the time to save a bunch of money on something you need or see how fast you can place an order at midnight to get something 110% free (You only have to pay for shipping if you are not local to us). Here is a “Run-down” of how things work for those of you that are not on any of the online forums we have posted on. This same list is on our “Blog” section on our home page: The IPS Black Friday Sale is back again for 2010: http://www.ipsmotorsports.net/index.php?cPath=4023 The basics will be the same but for those of you that didn't partake in the craziness last year I will go over all the rules and regulations again: 1. The sale starts at 12:01 am FRIDAY MORNING. We had 50+ orders last year on THURSDAY morning so make sure you have the right day. We also had 10-15 orders at noon on Friday so it starts in the AM not the PM Thanksgiving night / Friday morning at 12:01 the "Black Friday" banner at the top of the site will go live and the pricing is good for 48 hours when the banner is no longer active. However, to get the free parts and extremely discounted items you have to act fast! Last year we had well over 200 orders in the first 10 minutes so a quick trigger finger is a must 2. We are limiting the free "Give Away" items to one per customer while supplies last. You can check-out with as many as you want (To make sure you get something if what you really wanted gets sold out) but keep in mind that the longer you spend adding multiple things to your cart the more time that someone else has to add one thing and check-out to get what they really want. 3. There will be no preview this year as to what parts will be 100% free or extremely discounted -- you will have to find out at 12:01 and decide what to grab while you can! Last year we put up a preview for a day or two but that just gave some of you intellectual types the time to fill up your cart and wait for 12:01 to check-out Not this year! 4. If you jump the gun and order at 11:59 or 12:00 (Before the banner goes live) then the order does not count toward any of the promotional items. I will be going by my time here in Ohio (Eastern) and not by order number. With so many orders placed at the exact same time the order #s got all out of whack so it will go strictly by time (And seconds count!). 5. None of the Black Friday Sale pricing will include shipping as we have quite a few local customers that participate and they can just stop by to pick up their items. Shipping will be quoted per individual order. Shipping will be charged on 100% free items (They are not free and ship for free too) but typically it is $6-10 via USPS or FedEx depending on the size/weight of the part. 5. You have to click on the "Black Friday" banner to go find the discounted / FREE / sale items and promotions for the sale. Don't stay up until 3am finding MR2 parts for $0 and think that you will be getting them for free. If it is not on the BLACK FRIDAY page, it is not part of the 48-hour Sale. Happy Holidays and let us know if you have any questions! 8. It is kind of ironic that I wasn't being sarcastic at all -- which is a first for me in CR "Romper Room" post. Eric doesn't care at all -- neither does Brian. Hell, neither do I lol. Both of their resumes speak for themselves at this point. Eric was in fact tuning a TT Vette as I posted earlier. Posting on CR while at work is a total waste of his time under any scenario which is why he posts next to never. Jeff
  9. Eric called Brian this morning to get the "Facts". Brian told him exactly what was and wasn't done and why the "Comparison" curves looked so odd. Eric and Brian talk frequently so there is no reason for either one of them to post stuff like this. Brian told Eric he added fuel to the first pull to make sure it was safe. The result is an apparent flat 11:0 A/F Vs the 12.5:1 A/F it was here (I will happily post the graph). The large torque jump is converter flash and not some crazy tuning trick that nobody else on the planet knows about lol. This is in no way taking anything away from Brian at all, just reporting the facts as they were told to Eric by Brian this morning Jeff PS -- Eric isn't posting this directly because A. He doesn't care and B. Because he is busy tuning another Twin-turbo Corvette now and C. Because it is a complete waste of his time PPS -- If anyone wants to question Eric's tuning abilities they are more than welcome to come out and watch Mark's car run 7.90's this weekend at MIR :)
  10. Before posting something stupid you should probably ask how often Brian and Eric talk to each other lol. The graph you posted isn't comparing Eric's tune to Brian's -- it is comparing a tune Brian made much more rich to do a first pull on with the MAF (It is almost a 11:1 A/F). Your over-lay isn't even a good comparison of Brian's tunes as the nice torque jump is due to converter flash and is irrelevant in comparing numbers on the two graphs -- especially since the first was just to do base-line "Safe" pull. Jeff
  11. We are filling up that 34,000 Sq Ft. amazingly fast but I am sure we can find a spot in there for you Give me a call and we can arrange some trading of services so you can leave it in there as long as you like, Jeff
  12. The 2009+ CTS-V interiors are actually very nice. Even w/o the Recaro seat upgrade they are 10x better than any Vette interior I have ever been in. That being said, we are putting a Carvaggio leather / suede / alcantara interior in a Z06 soon that will rival the interior of any car at any price
  13. Still no video but more stills here: http://jalopnik.com/5671969/
  14. One of the still pics is here: http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/lamborghini/227064-orange-gallardo-accident-texas-mile.html
  15. I have seen some "Stills" posted this morning but curious if a video is out there yet. Based on the stills it is a very good thing the driver made it out OK.

That record *Should* fall easily if a few of the bigger builds get done in time. If not, it will probably be in the 240+ range by March. LMR's C6 should go that easily. There are a couple 1000rwhp SC Vette's that will be there and should do well. If we swapped a 6-speed back in Mark's car we could break the current record in a 1/2 mile lol Jeff
  17. I guess 500whp just doesn't "Wow" me at all for the investment (Which I can only guess what Heffner wants for the kit). Car is unique for sure but it would suck to get rolled by a cam-only C6Z lol. If that wasn't my concern (Actually driving the car) then I would have just bought a used Gallardo and put set of HRE's on it and called it a day. Just my 2 cents... Jeff
  18. What turbos does Heffner use? I assume the engine is pretty high compression but sub 500rwhp even on 6psi is pretty...well...weak. No dig on PPC as they just put it on the dyno but just wondering why the power seems so low? Just checked Heffner's site and they only show 536rwhp so I guess that is in the ball-park. I know the R8 isn't really about straight-line performance but the "Bang-for-the-Buck" of this car reminds me of the NSX. Jeff
  19. Cool write-up on lsxtv.com : http://www.lsxtv.com/news/corvette-irs-record-shattered-in-st-louis/
  20. Actually, if Joe's arguement / opinion was valid, there were probably 5 or 6 faster "Corvette's" there. Lucky for us the guys that run the Shoot-out know the difference. The closest actual Corvette was the previous IRS record-holder at 8.22 Jeff
  21. Not sure about the LT1 but the fastest LSx F-body there on DR's was LMR's Twin 88mm Firehawk that went 7.2 @ 209 If he can get under that he will have a record of his very own Jeff
  22. That Viper is a twin 88mm turbo car and we have a single 91mm. That is about all that matters lol. No A/C 36xx lbs race weight DR's
  23. We actually stopped and talked to the owner / builders of this car about how much still was / ever was an actual Corvette. It does a good job of "Looking" like one They actually borrowed tools from Tommy that night to work on it Jeff
