Hey Ben, you have an iPad right? If you only had a iPhone 3G, and had money for an iPad or an iPhone 4, and could only get one, which one would you get? That's the dilemma I'm facing. I worry that I'll spend a ton of money on an iPad and it's going to end up collecting dust on a shelf somewhere. Do you still use it regularly?

Thanks, heh. I might be in a similar situation as you. I have family in Panama, and I go there about every six months. My iPhone is jailbroken and unlocked, and I use a pre-pay SIM with Cable & Wireless Panama while I'm down there. When I saw this new phone using only Micro SIM, I thought I was screwed until I saw those tools are available. Still, the remaining hurdle is unlocking iOS 4.0.

How do they know when the Google car is coming? I've seen pics of 2 dudes in scuba gear waiting for car and chasing it. It really seems like they know the car is coming.

+1 for SSD! These things are awesome! I was hesitant to pay so much for so little space, but I pulled the trigger. I have one in my Core i7 build, and wow, just amazing. My PC boots in 15 seconds. I can't even imagine what it's like in RAID. That's just wrong. For those who think this is too small, the idea is you put your OS and important programs on this, and your data and other programs on a regular HDD. Back in the day people said a memory upgrade was the single biggest speed boost you could do on a computer, now it's SSD.

#6 was awesome. It's cool watching this stuff on video. If I witnessed this in real life I would crap my pants and cry.
