  1. Oh, that really existed? I thought it was some made up store from Seinfeld.
  2. I bought a Pioneer sound system from there in 1995. Although I have replaced the amplifier twice since then, I still have the original speakers, dual cassette deck, and 100-CD changer. Great Pioneer quality. Thanks for posting this. I had moved to Ohio in the fall of '95 after living in Panama for 5 years, and my dad took me to this place. I was amazed at how large and full of electronics it was. I lived in Ashville at the time, so I didn't know the layout of Columbus very well. Once I moved to Columbus and got familiar with it, Incredible Universe was long gone. I always wondered where it was located. The only thing I could remember was that that my dad would take 270 West from US-23 North. That's all I could remember. I keep forgetting to ask my dad everytime I see him, and he probably doesn't even remember the place. It's pretty crazy that now that I know where it is, I see I have been in the area several times. My wife likes to go to United Art & Education, which is nearby. Dang, you got me all nostalgic.
  3. Meanwhile, our president is avoiding using the term "Islamic" to describe these attacks. I guess he doesn't want to offend anyone.

  5. I'm guessing these are the news stories of what happened: One Person Shot At East Columbus Pizza Shop Worker Shot During Robbery At Tommy's Pizza
  6. I use Netflix for Blu-Rays and DVDs (no streaming) and Amazon Prime for streaming. I might be the only person left who does the Netflix mail thing but the streaming selection doesn't do it for me.
  7. That just goes to show how hard it is to break out of the Apple ecosystem. They even hijack your incoming text messages. I bought an iPhone 5 last year, returned it after being disappointed, and got a Note 2. I'm happy now.
  8. Also interested in 2 or 3 of them.
  9. Here's more information: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=b8a_1361846855
  10. Do you know if you have enough space on your iPhone for the movies? Are you on a WIFI connection and not cellular?
  11. I also got a Note 2 after returning my iPhone 5. I'm posting this on Tapatalk while watching an episode of Cleveland Show on pop out video. Awesome phone. Size doesn't bother me at all.
  12. I got the Note 2 last week. This is after returning my iPhone 5, the screen was just too small. Obviously this big screen is awesome. Both the GS3 and Note 2 are great phones and you can't go wrong with them. Adios iTunes! I'm tired of dealing with your crap.
  13. Strange, my wife is getting LTE near Waggoner and Kennedy.

  17. I can't not have my iPhone in a case. Gotta keep up the resale value.
  18. One thing I'm not liking is the brightness setting. Before, it was like Auto-Brightness meant it would adjust to the lighting, but not go any lower than where you set it. With iOS 6, Auto-Brightness just ignores your setting and moves the brightness setting itself. For me it's either too bright at night or too dim in the day.
  19. According to that page, Columbus is in the "LTE Coming Soon" list.
  20. Yeah, take a look at the "genius'" face. Does he look like a genius or a retard?
  21. The only famous person I know from Lima is the wrestler Al Snow.
  22. I have a treadmill and a Bowflex. Having exercise equipment at home works better for me than a gym membership. Much easier to walk down stairs than get in the car and drive somewhere.
  23. If it were LTE, it would say LTE and not 4G. http://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/ipadlte.jpg
