Might as well lock it. Got a great deal on both brand new for CHEAP. Of course had I seen this before, I would have bought those injectors. If they are new, pop them on E-bay, they go for a MINIMUM of $340 shipped on there new.

My (just turned 17) year old brother inherited my mom's 95 Civic DX (only options being A/C and floor mats; didn't even have a radio when she bought it new). 5-speed car with no tach. Seems to be a good first car for him; reliable, drives well, not fancy but not embarassing. That said, it's in decent enough shape w/ under 100k miles, so you couldn't get one for 1k. But perhaps buy him a Civic with a blown motor and do a motor swap; would be good for him. And fix the rear wheel well rott you KNOW the Honda will have.

Need an ATI Harmonic Balancer for a LT1. MUST be an ATI. 60# High Impedance injectors.

Ran them in my Formula, never had any issues with them. $150 or trade + cash for 60# high impedance injectors.

I test drove an AWD one last year. DESPERATELY needs a higher stall torque converter, as in 1000-1500RPM at least. Make sure it is sporting a tranny cooler too. Niffty trucks. Hopefully you are getting the 3SS option package. I liked the looks of the SRT-8 a lot more, but they are a lot more money and far bigger gas guzzlers too.

I had them do the alarm in my Formula years ago. They took way longer than it should have, but seemed to do all good work EXCEPT on the alarm siren. They decided to zip tie the wiring all across my strut tower brace to mount it in a very easy/obvious place for them. I ended up just relocating it to a far better (and more hidden) place in the engine bay, doing less work than it probably took them for that retarded idea.

Discount Tire has them for $136/tire. Reviews on these tires were awesome. If he doesn't care about the look of the tire, there are a pile of these sizes out there. I wanted a good looking and performing A/T, but didn't want to spend the money on the BFG's, Goodyears, Bridgestones, etc. Mickey Thompson Baja MTX also looks awesome, but not much info on their wear. $129.99 @ Jegs.

They must have been playing the misinformation game. But I wouldn't go so far as Insight rocks; at this point they will do any desperate measure possible to get customers, as they aren't doing well at all. There are strong rumors of them selling what remains of them after their deal with Comcast is finished.

+1 When my old S-Blazer was rear-ended and totalled, I bought it back, stripped what I wanted out of it (not much), and sold it for 2x the buy back on e-bay. There is a TON of stuff you can part out on that car and make some good money.

Wouldn't even cost 7k to get either of those cars (assuming LT1/LS1/5.0/4.6) into the 11's.

EXACT same thing WOW is dealing with. We are still trying to negotiate as well, but are dealing with the same crap as Warner. We heard Insight has pulled out of negotiations totally. Not only do they want to charge $1.10/customer, they also want to force us to put it on the regular basic programming. Basic analog channels take up a lot of bandwidth, the same bandwidth can hold a number of digital channels. Like that article said, because there is a stake in it with Direct TV, they get a good deal on it. Of course they won't offer any similar deal with any of the cable companies. What we want: put it on a digital channel and be charged a reasonable rate for it. Is that too much to ask for?
