I bought one at Best Buy for that price last year on BF. I have been very impressed with this monitor; wish I would have bought a couple more (another to keep, a couple to sell). I bought the Dynex 100 disc -R spindles at Best Buy last year for $5, same deal they are having this year. Deal = hell yes. But even as a no-name, they work perfectly, no burn issues, no playback issues. I'm looking to make some money this black friday.

Stick = okay. I took mine at 16 in a stick. Off speedo = may not get away with that. If they look at your speedo, and it says you are speeding (even if you are not), they can still nail you for it.

I'm not a PC person. If you are black, I won't refer to you as "African American," and you should be offended if someone calls you that (unless you or your parents were born in Africa). You are an AMERICAN. Negative stereotypes aren't just some made up BS, and sorry to say, but alot of black folks I've seen fit some percentage of those stereotypes. UPDATE Big Ten Network is now on the digital basic package as well. Check channel 344 if you have digital basic. Called Big Ten Network 2, it may show certain programming that differs from 87 from time to time.

You didn't say it wasn't all either. I have yet to find a DVD that was even mildy challenging to burn. I have no issues with Vista at all, other than NVidia slacking on features in their drivers that they offer on XP. Everything else works perfectly. This Vista blows crap is the SAME stuff we heard when XP came out. Vista isn't the memory hog that everyone is lead to believe; it IS a CPU hog, though.

I run Vista 32 bit on two machines. Neither have any issue with burning. I burn using Nero 7 Ultra, DVD Shrink, and if it is encrypted, I'll use DVD Decryptor/RipIt4Me/FixVTS. I've never had ANY issues burning CD's and DVD's under Vista. Includes burning MP3 CD's, image files to DVD, file backups to DVD as well. I have a TON of "backed up" DVD movies burned through Vista, so anyone saying you can't do it thru Vista doesn't know WTF they are talking about. I've done NOTHING different than I did in XP.

If you have a cable box, just go to the channel, you should be good to go. If it is basic cable straight to your TV, you need to go through your TV menu and hit "autoprogram" so it will pick up the channel. If you just type in the channel number on your TV, most will go to the channel whether it is programmed in or not.

Channel 87. Make sure your TV is programmed to get 87. It is a basic cable channel, everyone gets it.
