All he needs to do it put in an application. We are hoping to fill all of these positions by the end of next month at the latest. We were hoping to be done by now (we have been interviewing for a while), but some of these folks I have interviewed have been....ummm....less than stellar. It is amazing what people will admit in an interview.

$12.60/hr + good benefits and some sales opportunities.

We have been hiring for a while, but we need more/better canidates, as I need some decent people to interview! - You have to have a fairly clean license - Have to be able to pass a background check - Not afraid of heights, confined spaces, getting dirty, extreme heat and cold - Be able to carry an 80lb ladder - Have something to bring to the table. Customer service experience, networking background, electrical experience...something. - Not have attendance issues - Have some sort of technical appitude. If you can barely use a computer, and likely can't learn, this job is NOT for you. Job Posting: https://performancemanager4.successfactors.com/career?company=WOW (just select Job Location: OH - Columbus, then select the Broadband Technician position) If you are interested and want more info, PM me.

LFA...sweet car, worth about 1/3 it's MSRP. Can barely outrun the GT-R it looks a little to similar to, at 5x the price.

#1 - Drain the gas. If the Vette is like an F-body, you can just unhook the return line and it will drain out under the car. #2 - Have several gas cans. Mix a little bit in with good gas in a DD to get rid of it (assuming there isn't any water/contaminents in the gas) #3 - CHANGE YOUR OIL. If you have been cranking and cranking with no spark for a while, you probably have washed down your cylinder walls, and have a oil pan full of gas. DO NOT start your car until you change your oil. #4 - Go get a new battery, and start it with that. #3 is by far the most important.

Why, so your shit won't work?

U-Verse isn't even a pipe dream there - that's Delaware County = Verizon = their shitty DSL. Trey, PM me your address and I'll see if we will be servicing your area or not.

I paid $190 brand new for my Opti (GM unit). Just need to find one of those discount dealerships online...haven't used one in a while.

1. Make sure you have Snow Leopard...if not, upgrade to it 2. Run Boot Camp 3. Install Windows 7, setup Windows 7 as the default OS to boot from 4. Done

Funny...mine have never done that, and the car was a DD for a couple of years. Nothing melted.

- A stock hood wouldn't need hood pins, now would it? Bet you could have found a stock hood already painted white too - Headlight mod is stupid, no matter how you slice it - Stock exhaust, or one without a big fart can, can be had/found easily You can justify what you did all you want - in the end, you still riced out your car, and haven't installed a non-ricey mod yet.

Yeah, this is a DIY project. I just remodeled a bathroom from scratch a couple months ago - did a tile floor + tile floor to ceiling shower wall. It wasn't all that bad to do, and I had never done it before. I bought the pre-mix grout and cement, which made it a bit easier (though more costly).

You have never sold (or even bought) a home, have you? When selling a home, you have: - Closing costs. Not only your costs, but if you are selling a home under 200k, you pretty much better plan on paying the buyer's costs too, as they will require that as part of the deal - 6% Realtor fees (if you think you will get away without one, especially in today's market, good luck with that) - Captial gains taxes if you sell less that 2 years from purchase date - Property taxes, depending on how you are escrowing - Home warranty, as most buyerss won't buy turn-key without it - Repairs you may have to do once a home inspection is done There is a reason flipping homes isn't what it used to be. Several years ago, this was very realistic. Now, it isn't. You can lowball all you want - doesn't mean the seller will bite. I got a lowball on my Reynoldsburg property, and had no issue with passing it up. Then IF you find a buyer for the price you want, then you have to pass an FHA appraisal, since afterall, your HUD home is likely in the price point where only FHA loan-type buyers will be looking. If you don't appraise out to what they think it is worth, you will have to come down in price to meet their appraisal (which sticks for 6 months). It's not like these FHA buyers have any cash to bring to the table - that's why they are getting an FHA loan in the first place. These aren't hater remarks - this is reality. If you are trying to flip a condo, you are on crack. Condos are not a good investment. My wife only sold her condo for 10k more than she paid for it in 2002 when we sold it a year ago. And it is a desireable condo in a great, fully developed area with few condos to compete with...simply put, it was more marketable than most condos.

He doesn't own one of those. -
And makes more power N/A than both of yours on boost........ Same applies to you.

I will also bet one or more of the following apply to this situation: - Driver did not have a valid license - Driver had no insurance, or had Safe Auto (which is pretty much the same as having no insurance) - Car was stolen - Driver has multiple previous DUI's - and would be a likely cause for not having a license

Shouldn't you own something worth commenting about before worrying about the status of my car? My Avalanche runs, my boat runs, which are far more important than my Formula. -
You already failed at your promise: - Unpainted carbon fiber hood - Useless hood pins - blue at that! - Dumb headlight mod - Fart can Have you done ANY non-ricer mods yet?
-
Umm, there are plenty of non turn key properties that aren't HUD. HUD's are just FHA insured loans that were foreclosed. Most (not all, but most) homes that have FHA loans are on the lower end of the price scale. My home needed a lot of work (bank owned) when we got it, but wasn't a HUD home. 30% profit into a HUD in this market with a year turn over is a bit of a stretch too.
