  1. Contractor != in-house...not even close. Benefits, vacation, no piece work, no Sundays unless you go on the one Sunday shift we have, etc. All newbies get stuck with a schedule that has a Saturday on it. Pretty much all of our partner groups run Sunday installs as well.
  2. I HIGHLY doubt you got an Ion to hook well enough to pull a mid 12 pass on only a 108 trap. Let's see some pics/setup, or this thread is getting locked.
  3. I'm sure its fake - on the 1% chance it isn't, then I hope she gets her abortion.
  4. Your really having another baby??!!
  5. Sitting in my office at work...still. Just wind and rain. Hopefully all at the house is okay - my wife didn't call and say otherwise, so I'm sure it is. Last storm shreded the fitted cover to my new outdoor fireplace.
  6. 32gb + jailbreak. I can't even keep all my music and apps on my 16gb 3GS
  7. A guy in a STREET CAR ran a 6.95 there Friday night. Didn't you watch the video?
  8. It is done, but doesn't work well at all. The sections of the outside of the building that go across your unit is your property (including the sections of the roof, siding, etc). You mow the grass in front/behind your property. As far a street maintenance, that is the big concern, as no one pays to have it done, and if the city doesn't own it, your are SOL. The only one I know of in Columbus is Dublin Commons, but there are likely a couple others as well.
  9. From what I gather from the hunters I work with, that's a joke in itself. They keep uping the amount of deer you can tag on a license, and the population is still growing. Every year I seem to see more deer than the year before, and I am seeing a lot more deer hit by cars than I have in years past. Legal kills, poaching - there are too many deer right now, so I don't care how folks want to thin the herd, as long as it is being thinned (and my coworkers share their deer-jerky).
  10. The LAST thing you want is to live in a condo without fees. Ask the disaster that is Dublin Commons Condos; that place is a disaster because it doesn't have fees/condo association. Siding different colors on most of the units, no snow removal, patches of grass not mowed because the owner of that specific unit decides they don't want to, etc. I'm no fan of condo associations, but they are a necessary evil - and require money to function.
  11. THAT is what makes you want an American car? Really? A FWD Econobox?
  12. Wish I could read it. I wonder what is different / special about that late model blue Diablo - it has a number of differences from most other Diablos.
  13. You have a Fusion. That's midsize, and you can just go in your driveway to get it.
  14. That was from a well, back in 1979. It was a Mexican well in the Gulf.
  15. I married one. That's not true at all.
  16. My wife: http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=169&pictureid=1025 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=210&pictureid=1287
  17. I was going to post the same thing, except you can substitute the lid with a driver mod.
  18. - I've been in both - the Vette's interior is far nicer. - Comparing a 60's Shelby Mustang to a Shelby of today is quite a stretch. Today's won't have the collectiable nature as the old one. Personally, I would take a standard C6 over a GT500. It was already covered there was no 05 Z06; either 04 or 06. As for the GT500's 2010 vs 2011 numbers, how do you even know what was measured. Rolling vs. stopped time. All stock, or was the 11 on better tires, pullied, etc? None of those numbers are really offical for anything.
  19. I would think a Corvette is more patriotic than a Viper, though the Viper isn't a bad choice either.
  20. Look at the background of the picture - looks like they are at the vet! At least Sandi is alright; that doesn't look like any fun to get quilled.

  22. I can handle a bit of heights (climbing tall ladders on poles/buildings), but that is well beyond my capacity. What they don't mention in the video is the swaying that tower is likely doing at that height. I would guess at 1700', it probably sways a couple feet in any direction. F' that.
  23. LOL, American chicks are easier than Canadian chicks.
